z Turn the crankshaft carefully in the direction of

rotation of the engine (clockwise) until it touches the

setting bolts.

z Mount new toothed belt.

Note

Note the running direction of the toothed belt,

the arrows (1) must point in the direction of

rotation of the engine (arrow).

z Mount new clamping roller (1) and position setting

eccenter (arrow) at 6.00 h position.

Note

When installing a hydraulic pump, watch out

for different clamping rollers.

Width of clamping roller for:

- Camshaft drive 30 mm

- Hydraulic pump drive 35 mm

z Screw in screw (2).
