For speed governor with minus adjustment
z Unscrew nut (1) and remove washer.

z Knock out clamping pin (1).
Note
Mark the installation position of the eccenter
shaft (2) before removing.

z Pull out eccenter shaft (1).
Remove guide bush (2) and round sealing ring (3).
