z Hold the force multiplier to counter (arrows), press

setting bolts (1) and release force multiplier.

Caution!

Danger of injury when removing an

unreleased force multiplier.

z Remove the force multiplier with socket, holder and

intermediate disc.

Install camshaft toothed belt wheel

z Mount camshaft toothed belt wheel (3) and tighten

center screw (1) with washer (2).

Note

- There is no washer (2) on the camshaft

toothed belt wheel with torsional vibration

damper.

- All connections must be clean and oil free.

z Install toothed belt and clamping roller, fix camshaft

toothed belt wheel
