W 04-03-01 Renew camshaft sealing ring (opposite side to flywheel)

Remove camshaft sealing ring

z Remove toothed belt and clamping roller, loosen

camshaft toothed belt wheel

Î Job card W 04-04-12(old version)

Î Job card W 04-04-12(new version)

z Unscrew center screw (1) with washer (2) and

remove the camshaft toothed belt wheel (3).

Note

There is no washer (2) on the camshaft

toothed belt wheel with torsional vibration

damper.

z Loosen crankshaft sealing ring in its seat by hitting

with a mandrel.
