Remove piston cooling nozzles
z Remove crankshaft
Î Job card W 02-04-01.
z Press out piston cooling nozzle (1) with a suitable
tool (2).

Install piston cooling nozzles
z Clean bores for piston cooling nozzles in the
crankcase.
z Press in piston cooling nozzle (1) with suitable tool to
the stop.
z Install crankshaft
