Remove piston and con rod.
z Remove cylinder head
Î Job card W 01-04-04.
z Remove oil intake pipe
Î Job card W 08-04-06.
z Pull out oil dipstick (1).

Remove con rod bearing cover
z Set lifting bearing journal in the lower dead point.
z Unscrew nuts (1).
Note
- Use a twelve-edge box wrench.
- Put down the components in the order of
installation, note order of cylinders.
z Remove con rod bearing cover (2) and con rod
bearing.

z Press out piston and con rod.
