W 02-04-01 Remove and install crankshaft

Note

Only in FL, FM engines

When replacing the crankshaft and/or

crankcase, the piston class must be

redetermined.

Remove crankshaft

z Remove rear cover (flywheel side)

Î Job card W 03-09-01.

z Remove front cover (opposite side to flywheel)

Î Job card W 03-08-01.

z Unscrew screws (1) and remove oil intake pipe (2).

z Unscrew setting bolts (1) of the crankshaft lock.
