W 02-02-04 Renew crankshaft sealing ring (opposite side to flywheel)

Remove crankshaft sealing ring

z Remove toothed belt and clamping roller, loosen

camshaft toothed belt wheel

Î Job card W 04-04-12 old version.

Î Job card W 04-04-12 new version.

z Remove crankshaft toothed wheel

Î Job card W 03-08-01.

z Loosen crankshaft sealing ring in its seat with a pin.

z Carefully drill a hole (at least 3 mm Ø) diameter in the

crankshaft sealing ring.

Note

- Coat the drill thickly with grease so that no

drill chips fall into the crankcase.

- Do not damage the front cover and

crankshaft.
