Before the journey

Water system housing
body
9 Mobile waste water tank stored away and secured in the gas
bottle compartment
10 Water system emptied in case of risk of frost. Watertaps and
drain cocks open
Housing body, outside
11 Awning completely retracted
12 Roof free of snow and ice (in winter)
13 External connections and lines disconnected and stored away
14 External supports removed
15 Corner steadies and jockey wheel cranked as high as possible
16 Wheel chocks removed and stored away
17 Entrance step securely stored
18 External flaps closed and locked
19 Drive-on ramp is fully pushed in and locked in place
20 Conversion door locked
Housing body, inside
21 Windows and skylights closed and locked
22 Television secured in the TV cabinet or removed from the sup-
port and stored securely
23 Television antenna retracted (if one is built in)
24 Loose parts stored away or fixed in position
25 Open storage spaces empty
26 No gas cartridges or other easily flammable materials stored in
the roof cupboard of the awning light
27 Refrigerator door secured
28 Refrigerator set to 12 V operation
29 All drawers and flaps closed
30 Inner doors and table secured
31 Dinette table hooked in the lower mounting rail
32 Lift-off table lowered and secured to the benches
33 Folding beds or adjustable beds are locked in place
Gas system
34 Gas bottles firmly fixed in the gas bottle compartment so that
they are unable to turn
35 Protective cap set on top of the gas bottle
36 Regulator tap on the gas bottle and gas isolator taps are
closed
Electrical system
37 Check the battery voltage of the living area battery (see
chapter 9). If a battery voltage is displayed on the panel which
is too low then the living area battery must be re-charged. Ob-
serve the notes and instructions in chapter 9
Commence journey with fully charged living area bat-
tery.
