Before the journey

16 Entrance step securely stored
17 External flaps closed and locked
18 Drive-on ramp is fully pushed in and locked in place
19 Conversion door locked
Housing body, inside
20 Windows and skylights closed and locked
21 Television secured in the TV cabinet or removed from the sup-
port and stored securely
22 Television antenna retracted (if one is built in)
23 Loose parts stored away or fixed in position
24 Open storage spaces empty
25 No gas cartridges or other easily flammable materials stored in
the roof cupboard of the awning light
26 Refrigerator door secured
27 Refrigerator set to 12 V operation
28 All drawers and flaps closed
29 Sliding door, WC door and table secured
30 Dinette table hooked in the lower mounting rail
31 Lift-off table lowered and secured to the benches
32 Folding beds or adjustable beds are locked in place
Gas system
33 Gas bottles firmly fixed in the gas bottle compartment so that
they are unable to turn
34 Protective cap set on top of the gas bottle
35 Regulator tap on the gas bottle and gas isolator taps are
closed
Electrical system
36 Check the battery voltage of the living area battery (see
chapter 9). If a battery voltage is displayed on the panel which
is too low then the living area battery must be re-charged. Ob-
serve the notes and instructions in chapter 9
Commence journey with fully charged living area bat-
tery.
