LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Your DETECTO product is warranted to the original consumer only, for the lifetime of the product, to be free
from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This product is designed for personal use only.
DETECTO, used under license by Lifespan Brands LLC, has the right to nullify the Warranty Agreement should the
product be used in a commercial environment. This warranty is void if the product has been tampered with,
misused, abused or modified. Our obligation under this Warranty is limited solely to the charge of repairing the
product, including the cost of parts, or, at our option, replacing the product with an equivalent model. There are
no express or implied warranties except as listed above. DETECTO, USED UNDER LICENSE BY LIFESPAN
BRANDS LLC, IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR FAILURE OR
MALFUNCTION OF THE PRODUCT AND ANY RECOVERY MAY NOT BE GREATER THAN THE PURCHASE
PRICE PAID FOR THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED
TO A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE PURCHASE DATE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long
an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitations may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights
which vary from state to state.
To obtain warranty service, you must return the product freight pre-paid, in either its original packaging
or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to DETECTO, used under license by
Lifespan Brands LLC, at 1200 Thorndale Avenue, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007.
FCC STATEMENT:
1. This devise complies with Part15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions” (1) This device
may not cause harmful interference, a (2) this devise must accept any interference received, including interference that
may cause undesired operation.
2. Changes or modification not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority
to operate the equipment.
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class C digital devise, pursuant to Part 15 of
the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in residential
installation. This equipment generates, use and radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with
the instructions, any cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will
not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can
be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of
the following measures:
• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna
• Increase the separation between the equipment and the receiver
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected
• Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help
3. FCC Radiation Exposure Statement: This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure requirement. The devise can
be used in portable exposure condition without RF restriction.
4. IC Exposure of Humans to RF Fields: Category I and Category II Equipment shall comply with the applicable
requirements of RSS-102
