Example:
To program the Programmable Output 1 as: following a Burglar Zone
Alarm that is in Partition 1.
PA 0147: Data Digit 1 = [6], Data Digit 2 = [1].
PA 0149: Data Digit 1 = [8], Data Digit 2 = [0].
Enter the Programmer’s Mode: [9] [8] [7] [6] [#] [0]
Enter the Program Address: [0] [1] [4] [7]
