Idle Call the user.
Ringing Displays an option to pickup the call. Picks up the call.
On a Call
For IP Office 4.0+ the following options are displayed (name lengths may
vary depending on the phone display):
No action.
· CALL
Initiates a call to the users. 9600 Series phones, the
· MESSAGE Call, Voicemail and Callback
Cause a single burst of ringing on the target phone. On some phones,
when they end their current call their phone will then display PLEASE
CALL and your extension number.

Start silent monitoring of the user's call.
