5.10. Remote Operation
The Protocol 3 controller is equipped for remote operation using the Despatch Protocol Manager
software. A PC running Despatch Protocol Manager software can access, operate and log data for
up to 32 Protocol 3/Protocol Plus-equipped ovens.
