Reset the High Limit instrument whenever it has tripped. Reset the High Limit Instrument by
allowing the oven chamber to cool slightly (or by setting the High Limit Instrument by
several degrees) and pushing .
Each oven schematic (Section 8.4) shows the wiring for this option.
8.2.5. Recorder Option
The circular chart recorder uses and independent thermocouple to record the user’s process.
Charts used are either 24 hour or 7 day. See the recorder manufacturer’s manual supplied with
this manual.

8.2.6. Stacking Kit Assembly Instructions
Stacking Kit only for Models LBB1-23, LBB1-43 and LBB1-69.
1. Locate the four stacking kit brackets found in the kit.
2. Place each of the brackets on top of each of the four corners of one of the lower ovens in the
stack being assembled.
3. Slide the angle of each bracket into the slots in the embossed area on top of the oven (Figure
27).
4. Use the four 10-16 x .50 screws included in the kit to attach the brackets to the oven top.
5. Place the upper oven onto the lower one. The embossed feet on the upper oven should fit into
the brackets attached in the last three steps.
