STEP 1 TURN THIS SCREW CLOCKWISE TO LOOSEN LOOSEN THIS SCREW FULLY - DO NOT REMOVE! BASE/TOWER HINGE DOOR HINGE DOOR HINGE 1. 2. 3. 4 Locate hinges. Loosen two screws (as indicated) to separate the hinges into two parts. Place a door hinge into each large hole on back of door panel as shown. Align screw holes and tighten screws to secure. Repeat for both door panels. Attach a handle to each door panel with handle screws.
STEP 2 1. 2. 3. Attach base hinges to SMALL holes at the top and bottom closest to the open end of the cabinet. Be sure open end of hinge faces front.. Slide door hinge over center of base cabinet hinge and tighten screw as shown. Adjust doors to hang evenly by turning various hinge screws as shown.
STEP 3 For open cabinet assembly install single magnetic catches to top trim. x1 x2 1. 2. 3. 4. 6 x2 x4 x2 x2 Open each door. Remove top trim by unlocking cams as shown and attach MDF block to trim using block screws. Attach two single magnetic catches to MDF block using catch screws. Install top trim by sliding posts back into holes and secure the cams. Attach metal plate to top of each door using plate screw as shown. (Be sure to note the orientation of the plate.
STEP 4 For divided cabinet assembly install single magnetic catches to bottom shelf. x2 x4 1. 2. 3. x2 x2 Attach single magnetic catch to each side of divider using catch screws as shown. Be sure the magnet is facing the open end of the cabinet. Attach metal plate to bottom of each door using plate screws. (Be sure to note the orientation of the plate).
