HELPFUL HINTS We recommend you protect your work surface during assembly to prevent scratching or damage to table tops, wood floors, etc. finished edge unfinished edge Unfinished edges are shaded in gray. It is important to understand how finished edges go together. Take a moment to lay out all the wood pieces and note the finished and unfinished (raw wood) edges. Arrange pieces so all finished edges are facing the same way.

STEP 1 Unfinished edges B C Finished edge (H14) x 4 drawer glides 1. 2. 6 Arrange side panels (B) & (C) as shown so unfinished edges are toward center. Arrange four drawer glides(H14) so most holes side is facing finished edge of side panels! Check alignment of drawer slide carefully.
STEP 2 (H6) x 8 frame slide screw 1. 2. With drawer glides (H14) set on side panels (B) & (C), carefully move drawer glide to expose holes as shown. Attach each drawer glide to side panels with two screws each (H6).
STEP 3 C A (H1) x 2 assembly screw 5mm x 38mm 1. 2. 3. 8 Note: Top and bottom panels (A) are the same. See helpful hints on page 3 for aligning finished and unfinished edges. Secure right side panel (C) to top/bottom panel (A) with two assembly screws (H1) as shown.
STEP 4 C A B (H1) x 6 assembly screw 5mm x 38mm 1. 2. 3. (H2) x 8 screw cover Note: Glides will face in. Unfinished edges of all panels will face up. Attach other top/bottom panel (A) to right side panel (C) as shown with two assembly screws (H1). Attach left side panel (B) to both top/bottom panels (A) as shown and cover all screws with the eight screw covers (H2).
STEP 5 For stacking units only - cut back panel first. For single & stacking unit(s). If stacking, place cut hole here Cut hole first " " D (H3) x 20 nail 1. 2. 10 If you plan to stack units, use scissors or utility knife to cut a 3/4” x 1-1/4” hole in top center location of back panel as shown above. Place back panel (D) onto cabinet and center horizontally and vertically. Nail the back into position using nails (H3). Avoid angling nails.
STEP 6 wall stud A top panel Top panel (H13) x 1 wall screw #10 x 1-1/2” 1. 2. 3. (H11) x 1 L-bracket (H12) x 1 L-bracket screw #10 x 1/2” flathead A Wall stud Align center of unit with wall stud. Place short end of L-bracket (H11) against wall/wall stud. Use 1-1/2” wall screw (H13) to secure L-bracket to wall. Use L-bracket screw (H12) to secure L-bracket to top panel(A).
STEP 7 E F F E (H8) x 8 cam lock 1. Push eight cam locks (H8) into drawer sides (E) and (F). See helpful hints on page 9 for more details.
STEP 8 F I 2x E 2x (H1) x 8 assembly screw 5mm x 38mm 1. 2. H Insert two assembly screws (H1) into left drawer side (E) and right drawer side (F) to join drawer back (I) as shown, repeat for second drawer. Take assembled sides and back and slide drawer bottom (H) as shown, finished side of drawer bottom facing up.
STEP 9 2x 2x G G G (H7) x 8 cam post (H10) x 4 handle screw #8 x 3/4” (H15) x 2 door handle 2x 1. Insert cam posts (H7) into smaller holes along edge of drawer front (G). 2. Attach drawer handle (H15) to each drawer with two handle screws (H10). 3. Turn drawer so it sits on the drawer back as shown. Guide drawer front down onto holes as shown and tighten with a standard screwdriver. See “how to use the cam lock system” on page 9 for more information. 4. Repeat for second drawer.
STEP 10 (H9) x 4 drawer slide screw 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Align cut-outs in drawer sides with drawer glides on side panels and slide drawer in. Open drawer and push each drawer glide forward until it is flush with drawer front as shown. From inside drawer, locate hole on drawer side (between two cam locks). Secure each drawer glide with a drawer slide screw (H9). Repeat for second drawer.
STEP 11 or or for stacking for single unit or (H4) x 2 hole plug 1. 16 (H5) x 2 dowel For single unit: Insert hole plugs (H4) into top holes. For stacking units: Insert dowels (H5) into top holes.
