HELPFUL HINTS We recommend you protect your work surface during assembly to prevent scratching or damage to table tops, wood floors, etc. finished edge unfinished edge Unfinished edges are shaded in gray. It is important to understand how finished edges go together. Take a moment to lay out all the wood pieces and note the finished and unfinished (raw wood) edges. Arrange pieces so all finished edges are facing the same way.

INSTALLING L-BRACKET There are several "key points" to L-bracket installation. Please review the drawings and comments at right as well as the assembly steps provided. wall stud Install short end against wall/wall stud; long end against unit. short end All units must be fastened to the wall. Always mount L-bracket to a wall-stud. The L-bracket is intended to be installed on the top side of the top panel.

Secure each shelf to the side panel using two assembly screws. 3. Note: Be sure to arrange pieces so all unfinished edges are facing the same way. See “HELPFUL HINTS” for the difference between edges.

Align the side panel (A) to the side of the shelves (B) with the remaining screw holes as shown. 2. Secure the side panel to each shelf (B) using two assembly screws. 3. Note: Be sure to arrange pieces so all unfinished edges are facing the same way. See “HELPFUL HINTS” for the difference between edges.

STEP 4 Do this first if you prefer more "hidden" mounting hardware or if stacking! For "hidden" mounting hardware, place cut hole here! unfinished (raw) side of back panel up! STEP 5 WARNING All units MUST be fastened to the wall. wall stud (H6) wall stud (H7) top panel (H6) x 1 L-bracket screw #10 x 1/2” flathead (H7) x 1 wall screw #10 x 1-1/2” (H8) x 1 L-bracket 1. Align center of unit with wall stud. 2. Place short end of L-bracket against wall/wall stud. Use 1-1/2” screw to secure L-bracket to wall. 3. Use 1/2” screw to secure L-bracket to top panel.
STEP 6 stacking unit single unit (H1) x 2 dowel 8mm x 40 mm (H2) x 2 hole plug WARNING Do NOT stack more than one unit on top of each another. 1. Install dowels or hole plugs. 2. For single unit: Insert hole plugs into top holes. 3. For stacking units: Insert dowels into top holes of bottom unit. Align top unit with dowels and secure top unit to wall. Refer to step 5 for mounting.
