Symptoms Possible Cause Solution
Lights are not coming
on at all
1.No power connection
2.Wrong wiring
3.Faulty bulbs
1. Make sure both the circuit breaker
and wall switch are in the ON position
2. Check the wiring to make sure all
the connections are correct
and secure
3.Make sure the bulbs are not
damaged and have good connection
with the bulb socket
Cannot get the TEST
mode working
The sensor is NOT in the
default setting condition.
1.Need to RESET the sensor, method #1
• Push the TIMER touchpad key to
move the LED to the OFF position.
• Then push the TIME touchpad key to
move the LED to the TEST position
• Sensor RESET is done and continue to
setup the xture in the TEST mode.
Or, RESET the sensor to the default,
method #2
• Turn the wall power switch OFF.
• Press the TIME, SENS and Timer touch-
pad keys at the same time for about 2
seconds.
• Turn the wall power switch back ON.
• The LEDs will chase and the ood
lights turn ON
• After about 60 seconds, the ood
lights turn OFF
• The sensor is RESET to its default TEST
mode.
Motion sensor triggers
with motion but stays on
1.Heat is being reected
from surrounding objects
to the sensor
2. A light bulb is too close
to the Sensor creating heat
3. Installed in moving,
busy area
1. Reposition the motion sensor
2. Adjust the light bulb position
away from Motion Sensor
3. Move the Motion Sensor away
from busy areas such as sidewalks,
or passing cars
Motion sensor comes on
randomly, or blinks in
test mode

1. Reposition the bulbs away from
Motion Sensor
2. Do not aim at heating/cooling
ducts, pools of water, windows, or
smooth walls
