4.1 Connection Type
Wired or Wireless.
Wired: c
Wireless: there are three types of wireless network
connections:
a. Scan: Automatically searches for any networks
within range.
b. Manual: Lets you enter a router’s name or SSID.
c. WPS: Connects your player to a WPS protected
Wi-Fi router.
There are two options:
onnect a network cable to the Ethernet jack
on the back of your player and into a wired router
using a commercially available LAN or Ethernet cable.

2.4 Dynamic Range
Select the Dynamic Range Control mode. Dynamic
Range is the range between the loudest sounds and
quietest ones, which makes it available to listen to a
movie at a lower volume without losing sound clarity.
Off: Non-dynamic range compress.
On: Dynamic range compress.
2.3 Down Sampling
Select the digital audio signal sampling frequency.
48kHz: The highest sampling rate of digital PCM
output is 48kHz. If the original sampling rate is over
48kHz, it will be down-sampled to 48kHz or below.
This option should be selected only when the receiver
is not capable of handling signals over 48kHz
sampling rate.
96kHz: The highest sampling rate of digital PCM
output is 96kHz.
192kHz: The highest sampling rate of digital PCM
output is 192kHz.

2.1 Digital Out
Select the output mode of DIGITAL OUT jack.
Include PCM, Bitstream and Bitstream Re-encode.
PCM: Outputs the signal as processed audio
ready for any receiver. Use this when your
receiver cannot decode the movie soundtrack
on the disc.
Bitstream: Outputs the movie soundtrack
without any processing. This option requires a
receiver that supports the movie soundtrack
format.
Bitstream Re-encode: Combines all audio
signals and outputs as DTS, Dolby, or PCM
depending on the audio stream on the disc.
2.2 HDMI Out
Select the output mode of HDMI DIGITAL OUT jack.
Include PCM, Bitstream and Bitstream Re-encode.
PCM: Outputs the signal as processed audio
ready for any receiver. Use this when your
receiver cannot decode the movie soundtrack
on the disc.
Bitstream: Outputs the movie sound track
without any processing. This option requires a
receiver that supports the movie soundtrack
format.
Bitstream Re-encode: Automatically selects
the HDMI digital signal type according to the
audio stream on the disc.
