Dieses Fahrrad unterstützt Sie während des Fahrens mit einem innovativen Elektroantrieb. So werden Sie an Steigungen, bei Lastentransporten oder bei Gegenwind ein großes Plus an Fahrvergnügen erleben. Wie stark Sie sich unterstützen lassen, können Sie selbst entscheiden.

Warnhinweise › Beachten Sie, dass sich der Motor des Pedelecs bei langer Bergfahrt erhitzen kann. Achten Sie darauf, ihn nicht mit Händen, Füßen oder Beinen zu berühren. Sie könnten sich dabei Verbrennungen zuziehen. › Wenn Sie Ihr Pedelec mit dem Auto transportieren, entnehmen Sie vorher die Batterie. 1 Schnellstart › 1. Laden Sie die Batterie vor der ersten Fahrt komplett auf. Ladetemperatur: 0° C bis 45° C. › 2. Entfernen Sie die Abdeckung von der Ladebuchse. › 3. Verbinden Sie den Stecker des Ladegeräts mit der Batterie. In der richtigen Position wird der Stecker durch Magnete in der Buchse gehalten. Auladen der Batterie › 5. Sollten Sie die Batterie im ausgebauten Zustand geladen haben, setzen Sie die Batterie von vorne/oben in die Halterung zurück.
› 6. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Batterie fest sitzt, und dass der Schlüssel nicht mehr im Schloss steckt. › 7. Drücken Sie die Rautetaste am Bedienelement, um das Antriebssystem einzuschalten. › 8. Das Display zeigt dann den mittleren Unterstützungsmodus an. Die Unterstützungsstärke wird durch ein Band von maximal ünf Leuchtelementen ganz links im Anzeigefeld dargestellt. Durch Drücken einer der beiden Pfeiltasten am Bedienelement können Sie die Stärke der Unterstützung auswählen.
3 Besonderheiten des Pedelecs mit Xion-Antrieb Ihr Pedelec weist weltweit teilweise einmalige Besonderheiten auf, die Ihrer Sicherheit und Ihrem Komfort dienen. 4 Batterie laden Sie können die Batterie laden, während sie im Pedelec verbleibt (➠ Kapitel 1 „Schnellstart“). • Verwendung von Zahnkranz-Kassetten in Verbindung mit langlebiger Freilaukonstruktion. • Niedriger beziehungsweise zentraler Schwerpunkt durch die günstige Batterieposition (Unterrohr, Sitzrohrbatterie).
› 2. Fassen Sie die Batterie mit beiden Händen und heben Sie sie nach vorne/oben aus Ihrer Halterung. Halten Sie die Batterie gut fest, damit sie nicht herunterfällt. Legen Sie die Batterie auf einer geeigneten Unterlage ab. Diese sollte trocken, eben und nicht brennbar sein. 4.3 Ladevorgang Lesen Sie vor Beginn des Ladevorgangs die Hinweise auf dem Ladegerät sorgfältig durch. › 1.
5 Bedienelement und Display › Beschädigte Batterien dürfen weder geladen, noch weiterhin genutzt werden. › Die Batterie kann beim Laden warm werden. Eine Temperatur von maximal 45° C ist möglich. Wird die Batterie wärmer, unterbrechen Sie sofort den Ladevorgang. 4.4 Das Xion-Pedelec lässt sich über zwei Elemente steuern. In der Lenkermitte beindet sich das Display. Am Lenkergrif inden Sie das Bedienelement. Batterie einbauen › 1.
Navigieren Sie mit den Pfeiltasten zu dem Punkt „Ausschalten“ und bestätigen Sie mit der Rautetaste. Das Display in der Lenkermitte ist in ünf verschiedene Anzeigefelder aufgeteilt. • Rechts oben sehen Sie die aktuelle 1 Fahrgeschwindigkeit. • Links wird Ihnen angezeigt, welchen 2 Unterstützungsmodus Sie eingeschaltet haben oder wie stark die Rekuperation ist. • Rechts in der Mitte informiert Sie das 3 Batteriesymbol über den aktuellen Ladezustand der Batterie Ihres Pedelecs.
5.2.1 Anbringen und Abnehmen des Displays Anbringen: Setzen Sie das Display in einem Winkel von etwa 30 Grad versetzt auf den Displayhalter. Drehen Sie das Display unter leichtem Druck um 30 Grad im Uhrzeigersinn, so dass beide Komponenten aufeinander ausgerichtet sind. Das Display rastet dabei deutlich ühlbar ein. Bitte schalten Sie immer zuerst das Display aus, bevor Sie es abnehmen (➠ Kapitel 5.1.1 „Ein- / Ausschalten“).
5.2.3 Anzeige des Batterieladezustands 5.2.5 Schiebehilfe Rechts mittig auf dem Display beindet sich die Anzeige des Batterieladezustands. Sie zeigt mit einer stilisierten Batterie in vier Segmenten an, wie stark Ihre Batterie noch geladen ist. Je geringer der Ladezustand der Batterie ist, desto weniger Segmente werden angezeigt. Die Schiebehilfe muss zuerst im Programmierungsmodus aktiviert werden (➠ Kapitel 5.4.4 „Schiebehilfe“).
5.4 Programmierung und Einstellungen Nach dem Einschalten des Xion-Systems können Sie in den Programmierungsmodus wechseln, indem Sie die Rautetaste drücken. Das unktioniert nur, wenn das Pedelec steht. Dies ist immer dann möglich, wenn das „M“ in der Raute des Unterstützungsmodus sichtbar wird. 5.4.1 Tour Reset In dem Menüunterpunkt „Tour Reset“ können Sie Ihre Tourdaten löschen.
5.4.3 Bremsassistent 5.4.5 Einstellungen In dem Menüunterpunkt „Bremsassistent“ können Sie einstellen, ob Sie mit Bremsassistent oder ohne fahren wollen. Drücken Sie die Rautetaste und navigieren Sie mit den Pfeiltasten zu dem gewünschten Punkt. Sobald Sie sich entschieden haben, drücken Sie die Rautetaste. In dem Menüunterpunkt „Einstellungen“ können Sie folgende Unterpunkte einstellen und überprüfen: • Zurück • Datum • Uhrzeit • Sprache • Information 5.4.5.
5.4.5.2 Uhrzeit 5.4.5.4 Information Unter dem Punkt „Uhrzeit“ können Sie die Uhrzeit einstellen. Drücken Sie daür die Rautetaste und stellen Sie mit den Pfeiltasten die gewünschte Uhrzeit in dem Format hh:mm ein. Durch Drücken der Rautetaste gelangen Sie zurück zu den Einstellungen. Unter dem Punkt „Information“ können Sie Informationen zu Ihrer Sotware-Version, Ihrem Motor und Ihrer Batterie abrufen. Navigieren Sie mit den Pfeiltasten zum gewünschten Punkt und bestätigen Sie mit der Rautetaste.
6 Unterstützung durch den Elektromotor 6.1 • Wie schnell Sie fahren Wenn Sie mit Ihrem Pedelec starten und die Geschwindigkeit steigern, steigt die Unterstützung an, bis sie kurz vor der höchsten unterstützten Geschwindigkeit ihr Maximum erreicht hat. Dann wird die Unterstützung automatisch reduziert und schaltet, in allen Gängen, bei etwa 25 km/h ab. Je nach dem in welchem Unterstützungsmodus Sie fahren erscheint der Übergang zwischen dem Fahren mit Motorunterstützung und ohne mehr oder weniger abrupt.
6.2.1 Rekuperation Kommt aus dem Lateinischen und bedeutet so viel wie wiedererlangen, wiedergewinnen. In der Technik steht es ür die Rückspeisung von Strom in die Batterie beim Bergabfahren. Das heißt wenn Sie die Rekuperation oder den Bremsassistenten eingestellt haben können Sie die Batterie während des Fahrens auladen (➠ Kapitel 6.2.2 „Bremsassistent“). Die Rekuperation ist einstellbar über die Pfeiltasten. Je stärker die Rekuperation eingestellt ist, desto stärker werden Sie abgebremst.
Batteriezellen kann –15 bis +60° C betragen. Das ist auch der Temperaturbereich, in dem Sie Ihre Batterie nutzen können. • Technischer Zustand Ihres Pedelecs Achten Sie auf einen korrekten Lutdruck in den Reifen. Fahren Sie mit zu wenig Lut in den Reifen, kann sich der Rollwiderstand stark erhöhen. Dies gilt vor allem auf glattem Untergrund, zum Beispiel Asphalt. Ist der Untergrund uneben, wie ein Feldweg oder Schotter, kann ein etwas reduzierter Lutdruck zu einem geringeren Rollwiderstand ühren.
7 Batterie 7.1.1 Lernzyklus Bei Ihrer Batterie handelt es sich um eine Lithium-IonenBatterie, die vorteilhateste Form von Batterien ür diese Anwendung. Einer der Hauptvorteile dieser Batterie ist ein geringes Gewicht bei großer Kapazität. 7.1 Einfaches Laden Nachdem Sie die Batterie das erste Mal vollgeladen haben, müssen Sie sie bis zum Abschalten des Systems leer fahren. Wiederholen Sie diesen Vorgang etwa jedes halbe Jahr.
7.3 Einfache Lagerung › Wenn Sie Ihre Batterie längere Zeit nicht benötigen, lagern Sie sie bei +10° C und zu drei Vierteln geladen. › Um eine sogenannte Tiefentladung zu vermeiden, schaltet das Batteriemanagement die Batterie in einen Schlafmodus. Das kann nach unterschiedlich langen Zeiten ohne Nutzung geschehen. Abhängig vom Ladezustand der Batterie kann dies bei niedrigerem Ladezustand rüher und bei höherer Ladung später erfolgen.
7.4 Batterieinformationssystem Auf der Außenseite der Batterie beindet sich ein Anzeigefeld mit ünf Leuchtdioden und einer Schaltläche mit einer LED. Drücken Sie auf die Schaltläche, leuchten die Leuchtdioden auf. Anzahl und Art des Auleuchtens geben Informationen über die Batterie und ihren Ladezustand. * Alle ünf LEDs blinken schnell: Die Batterie ist leer und wird abgeschaltet, ist überlastet oder durchläut den Startmodus.
7.5 Lebensdauer und Gewährleistung Bei Ihrem Xion-System handelt es sich um ein hochwertiges, in Deutschland gefertigtes, Antriebssystem. Auf alle Komponenten haben Sie eine Gewährleistung von zwei Jahren. Bei der Batterie handelt es sich um ein Verschleißteil (➠ Kapitel 7.5.1 „Lebensdauer und Gewährleistung der Batterie“).
7.6 Transport und Versand der Batterie 7.6.1 Transport › Transportieren Sie keine beschädigte Batterie. Die Sicherheit von beschädigten Batterien kann nicht gewährleistet werden. Kratzer und kleine Gehäuseabplatzer sind keine schwere Beschädigung. › Beschädigte Batterien dürfen weder geladen, noch weiterhin genutzt werden › Zum Transport Ihres Pedelecs empfehlen wir, die Batterie vom Pedelec zu demontieren und gesondert zu verpacken.
8 Ladegerät Lesen Sie vor der ersten Benutzung des Ladegeräts die darauf angebrachten Typenschilder. Ihr Pedelec mit Xion-Antrieb kann direkt über eine Ladebuchse in der Batterie geladen werden. Die Batterie kann während des Ladevorgangs im Pedelec verbleiben. Eine Fehlbedienung kann zu Schäden am Gerät oder zu Verletzungen ühren. › Bevor Sie das Ladegerät reinigen, ziehen Sie immer den Stecker aus der Steckdose, um einen Kurzschluss und körperliche Schäden zu vermeiden.
9 Hinterrad aus- und einbauen 9.1 Hinterrad ausbauen › 1. Schalten Sie zuerst die Kette auf das kleinste Ritzel. › Beachten Sie, dass der Motor zusätzliches Gewicht mit sich bringt und dadurch das Hinterrad schwerer als gewöhnlich ist! › 2. Trennen Sie dann das Kabel zwischen Motor und Batterie. › Halten oder transportieren Sie das Hinterrad niemals am Kabel. Es besteht die Gefahr eines Kabelbruchs. › 6. Auf der linken Achsseite des Motors beindet sich ein abnehmbares Teil zur Drehmomentabstützung.
9.2 Hinterrad einbauen 10 Reinigung › 1. Platzieren Sie die Drehmomentabstützung auf der linken Achsseite des Motors (siehe Punkt 2 in der Abbildung unten). 1 6 5 7 2 3 4 Drehmomentabstützung platzieren › 2. Dann ühren Sie das Hinterrad am Schaltwerk vorbei in die Ausfallenden des Rahmens. › 3. Falls Ihr Pedelec Scheibenbremsen besitzt, achten Sie darauf, dass die Bremsscheibe genau mittig zwischen die Bremsbacken platziert wird. › 4.
Reinigen Sie den Motor nicht im warmen Zustand, z. B. direkt nach einer Fahrt. Warten Sie, bis er sich abgekühlt hat. Ansonsten kann es zu Beschädigungen kommen. Ist der Motor, zum Beispiel ür Reinigungszwecke, ausgebaut, darf dieser keinesfalls an den Kabeln festgehalten bzw. transportiert werden, sonst besteht die Gefahr eines Kabelbruchs.

1 Quick start 1. Charge the battery completely before riding for the first time. Charge temperature: 0°C to 45°C. 2. Remove the cover from the charging socket. 6. If you removed the battery for charging, replace it in the holder from the front/above. At the same time, the key must be in the lock and must be turned anticlockwise. Press the battery down into the holder until the locking mechanism engages. Now turn the key clockwise and remove it. The battery is now locked in place. 3.
7. Make sure that the battery is securely positioned and that the key is no longer in the lock. 8. Press the diamond button on the control panel to switch on the drive system. 9. The display panel now displays the medium powerassist mode. The assist level is represented by a bar with a maximum of five light elements on the far left of the display panel. By pressing one of the two arrow buttons on the control panel, you can select the level of assistance.
3 S pecial features of the Pedelec with Xion drive Your Pedelec has special features that are designed to enhance your safety and comfort, some of which are unique worldwide. 4 Charging the battery You can charge the battery whilst it is on the Pedelec (➠ Chapter 1 “Quick start”). •• The use of sprocket cassettes in combination with a durable free wheel design. •• A low or central centre of gravity thanks to the favourable position of the battery (down tube, seat tube battery).
2. Grip the battery with both hands and lift it forwards/ upwards out of its holder. In doing so, hold on tight to the battery to prevent it from being dropped. Place the battery down on a suitable surface. This should be dry, even and non-flammable. 4.3 Charging operation Before charging the battery, read the information on the charger carefully. 1. Take the charger provided out of its packaging and plug the mains plug into a socket (110 to 230 V, please observe type plate on the charger).
5 Control panel and display ›› Damaged batteries may neither be charged, nor continue to be used. The Xion Pedelec can be controlled via two elements. The display is located in the middle of the handlebar. The control panel can be found on the handlebar grip. ›› The battery may heat up during charging. A maximum temperature of 45°C may be reached. If the battery becomes any warmer than this, suspend the charging process immediately. 4.4 Fitting the battery 1.
To switch your Pedelec off, press the diamond button on the control panel for around two seconds whilst in the start menu. This will take you to the sub-menu. Navigate to the item “Shutdown” using the arrow buttons and confirm using the diamond button. The display in the middle of the handlebar is divided into five different display panels. •• At the top on the right is your current 1 speed. •• On the left is a display showing the 2 powerassist mode you have selected or the level of energy recovery.
5.2.1 M ounting and removal of the display Mounting: Please always turn the display off first before you remove it (➠ Chapter 5.1.1 “Switching on/off”). Place the display on the display holder at an angle of approx. 30 degrees. Using light pressure, turn the display through 30 degrees in a clockwise direction so that both components are aligned with one another. In the process, you can clearly feel the display lock into place.
5.2.3 Battery charge state indicator 5.2.5 Pushing assistance The battery charge state indicator is located to the right of the centre of the display. Using a stylised battery divided into four segments, it shows the charge remaining in the battery. The lower the charge state of the battery is, the fewer segments are displayed. First of all, pushing assistance must be activated in programming mode (➠ Chapter 5.4.4 “Pushing assistance”).
5.4 Programming and settings After switching on the Xion system, you can switch to the programming mode by pressing the diamond button. This only works when the Pedelec is at a standstill. It is always possible when the “M” is visible in the diamond of the power-assist mode. 5.4.1 Tour Reset Under the menu sub-item “Tour Reset” you can delete your tour data.
5.4.3 Braking assistance 5.4.5 Settings Under the menu sub-item “Brake assist” you can stipulate whether you want to ride with or without braking assistance. Press the diamond button and navigate to the desired item using the arrow buttons. Once you have decided, press the diamond button. Under the menu sub-item “Settings”, you can set and review the following sub-items: Brake assist Brake assist on Push assist •• Date •• Time •• Language •• Information off Se ngs 5.4.5.
5.4.5.2 Time 5.4.5.4 Information Under the item “Time”, you can set the time. To do so, press the diamond button and set the desired time in the format hh:mm using the arrow buttons. Pressing the diamond button takes you back to the settings. Under the item “Information”, you can call up information about your software version, motor and battery. Navigate to the desired item using the arrow buttons and confirm using the diamond button. Pressing the diamond button once more takes you back to the settings.
6 A ssistance by the electric motor 6.1 Operating principle of assistance If you switch on the assistance and start pedalling, the motor provides assistance as soon as the rear wheel turns. The thrust produced by the motor depends on three factors: •• Y our own pedalling effort. The motor adapts to the force you apply. If you pedal harder, e.g. uphill or when setting off, the power sensor detects this and delivers more power than if you were only pedalling gently.
6.2.1 Energy recovery In technology, “recovery” relates to the feeding of electricity back into the battery during downhill riding. This means that, if you have set the energy recovery or braking assistance, you can charge the battery whilst riding (➠ Chapter 6.2.2 “Braking assistance”). The energy recovery can be set using the arrow buttons. The higher the energy recovery setting, the stronger the deceleration.
•• Technical condition of your Pedelec Make sure the tyre pressure is correct. If you ride your bike with too little air in the tyres, this can significantly increase the rolling resistance. This applies to smooth surfaces in particular, e.g. tarmac. If the ground is uneven, as on a country path or gravel track, a somewhat reduced tyre pressure can lead to less rolling resistance. This also increases the risk of a puncture. Please consult your specialist cycle shop about this.
7 Battery 7.1.1 Learning cycle Your battery is a lithium-ion battery, the ideal type of battery for this application. One of the main benefits of this battery is its low weight combined with a high capacity. 7.1 Straightforward charging ›› Damaged batteries can neither be charged, nor continue to be used. ›› The battery may heat up during charging. A maximum temperature of 45°C may be reached. If the battery becomes any warmer than this, suspend the charging process immediately.
7.3 Straightforward storage ›› In the as-delivered condition, the battery is not fully charged and is in what is referred to as sleep mode. Sleep mode minimises the rate at which the battery discharges itself. If the battery is allowed to discharge unchecked for an extended period this can lead to total discharging which damages the battery. To “wake up” the battery, simply charge it up again.
7.4 Battery information system There is a display panel on the outer face of the battery which includes five LEDs and a button with an LED. The LEDs light up if you press the button. Information about the battery and its charge state is provided based on the number of LEDs that light up and the way in which they light up. * All five LEDs flash quickly: The battery is empty and is being switched off, is overloaded or is going through the start mode.
7.5 Service life and warranty Your Xion system is a high-quality drive system which was manufactured in Germany. All components come with a two-year warranty. The battery is a wear part (➠ Chapter 7.5.1 “Service life and warranty of the battery”). Bear in mind that, due to the higher average speed and greater distances that can be achieved with your Pedelec compared to a normal bike, all wear parts are subjected to greater wear. 7.5.
7.6 ransportation and shipping T of the battery 7.6.1 Transportation ›› Never transport damaged batteries. The safety of damaged batteries cannot be guaranteed. Scratches and small chips in the housing do not constitute serious damage. ›› Damaged batteries may neither be charged, nor continue to be used ›› For the transportation of your Pedelec, we recommend removing the battery from the Pedelec and packaging it separately.
8 Charger Read the type plates on the charger before using it for the first time. You can charge your Pedelec with Xion drive directly via a charging socket in the battery. The battery can remain on the Pedelec whilst the charging operation is in progress. If used incorrectly, the device may be damaged or inflict injuries. ›› Before cleaning the charger, always pull the plug out of the socket to avoid a short-circuit and/or physical injury. ›› Only use the charger in dry rooms.
9 R emoving and installing the rear wheel 9.1 Remember that the motor carries additional weight and the rear wheel is therefore heavier than normal! Removing the rear wheel 1. First, shift the bike chain to the smallest sprocket. 2. Then disconnect the cable between the motor and the battery. Never hold or carry the rear wheel by the cable. This poses the danger of the cable breaking. 6. On the left axle side of the motor, there is a detachable component for torque support.
9.2 Installing the rear wheel 10 Cleaning 1. Place the torque support on the left axle side of the motor (see point 2 in the image below).
If the motor is removed, e.g. for cleaning purposes, it must not be held or carried by the cables under any circumstances, as otherwise there is a risk that the cable will break. If the motor has been removed from the frame of the Pedelec, the plug from the motor and the socket of the cable leading to the battery pack must be checked for possible contamination and, if necessary, cleaned carefully with a dry cloth before reconnecting. 10.

1 Démarrage rapide 1. Avant la première sortie, chargez entièrement la batterie. Température de charge : 0 °C à 45 °C. 2. Retirez le cache de la prise de chargement. 3. Raccordez la fiche du chargeur à la batterie. Lorsque le positionnement est correct, la fiche est maintenue dans la prise de chargement par des aimants. Chargement de la batterie 6. Si vous avez chargé la batterie hors du vélo, repositionnez-la dans son support par l’avant/le haut.
7. Assurez-vous que la batterie est bien fixée et que la clé n’est plus dans l’antivol. Veuillez respecter les explications et les remarques générales du mode d’emploi général à ce sujet. 8. Appuyez sur la touche dièse de la console de commande pour mettre le système d’entraînement sous tension. 3 P articularités du Pedelec avec entraînement Xion Nous avons doté votre Pedelec de particularités, pour certaines uniques au monde, dans le but d’augmenter votre sécurité et votre confort. 4 Chargement de la batterie Pour charger la batterie, vous pouvez la laisser dans le Pedelec (➠ Chapitre 1 « Démarrage rapide »). •• Utilisation combinée de cassettes à pignons et d’un système de roue libre d’une grande longévité.
2. S aisissez la batterie avec les deux mains et retirez-la de son support en la soulevant vers l’avant/ le haut. Prenez garde à bien la tenir pour éviter qu’elle ne tombe. Placez la batterie sur une surface appropriée sèche, plane et non inflammable. 4.3 Chargement Avant de démarrer le chargement, lisez attentivement les instructions sur le chargeur en entier. 1.
5 Console de commande et écran ›› Il est interdit de charger ou de continuer à utiliser des batteries endommagées. Deux éléments permettent de commander le Pedelec Xion : l’écran au centre du guidon et la console de commande au niveau de la poignée du guidon. ›› La batterie peut chauffer pendant le chargement. Il est possible que sa température atteigne jusqu’à 45 °C maxi. Si la batterie dépasse cette température, interrompez immédiatement le chargement. 4.4 Montage de la batterie 6.
Avec les touches fléchées, naviguez au point « Shutdown », puis confirmez avec la touche dièse. L’écran situé au centre du guidon est divisé en cinq zones d’affichage. •• La vitesse actuelle 1 est indiquée en haut à droite. •• Le mode d’assistance 2 que vous avez sélectionné/la puissance de la récupération apparaissent à gauche. Back Shutdown •• Au centre à droite, le symbole de batterie 3 signale l’état de charge actuel de la batterie du Pedelec.
5.2.1 Montage et démontage de l’écran Montage : Placez l’écran sur le support à un angle d’environ 30 degrés par rapport à l’axe. Commencez par mettre l’écran hors tension avant de le retirer (➠ Chapitre 5.1.1 « Mise sous/hors tension »). Tournez ensuite l’écran de 30 degrés dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre en exerçant une légère pression, de manière à ce que les deux composants soient bien alignés. L’écran s’enclenche alors de manière perceptible.
5.2.3 A ffichage de l’état de charge de la batterie Au centre à droite de l’écran se trouve l’affichage de l’état de charge de la batterie. Il indique sous forme de quatre segments représentant une batterie le niveau de chargement actuel de la batterie. Les segments s’éteignent à mesure que l’état de charge de la batterie faiblit. 1 2 5.2.5 Accélérateur de pouce L’accélérateur de pouce doit tout d’abord être activé en mode de programmation (➠ Chapitre 5.4.4 « Accélérateur de pouce »).
5.4 Programmation et réglages Une fois le système Xion sous tension, vous pouvez passer en mode de programmation en appuyant sur la touche dièse. Cette étape n’est possible que lorsque le Pedelec est à l’arrêt. Elle est donc toujours possible lorsque le « M » dans le losange est visible en mode d’assistance. 5.4.1 Réinitialisation du trajet Vous pouvez supprimer vos données de trajet dans le sous-menu « Tour Reset ».
5.4.3 Assistant de freinage 5.4.5 Réglages Vous pouvez choisir dans le sous-menu « Brake assist » si vous souhaitez rouler avec l’assistant de freinage ou non. Appuyez sur la touche dièse et naviguez jusqu’au point souhaité à l’aide des touches fléchées. Une fois le mode choisi, appuyez sur la touche dièse.
5.4.5.2 Heure 5.4.5.4 Information Vous pouvez régler l’heure au point « Time ». Pour cela, appuyez sur la touche dièse et réglez l’heure souhaitée (au format hh:mm) à l’aide des touches fléchées. Appuyez sur la touche dièse pour accéder de nouveau aux réglages. Vous pouvez accéder aux informations concernant la version du logiciel, le moteur, ainsi que la batterie au point « Information ». Avec les touches fléchées, naviguez au point souhaité, puis confirmez avec la touche dièse.
6 A ssistance grâce au moteur électrique 6.1 •• La vitesse à laquelle vous roulez Lorsque vous démarrez votre Pedelec et augmentez la vitesse, l’assistance du moteur augmente jusqu’à sa puissance la plus élevée juste avant d’atteindre la vitesse maximale assistée. Puis l’assistance diminue automatiquement pour s’éteindre lorsque vous atteignez environ 25 km/h (dans toutes les vitesses).
6.2.1 Récupération Ce terme vient du latin et signifie recouvrement, regain. Au niveau technique, il s’agit du réapprovisionnement de la batterie en énergie lors des descentes. En d’autres termes, si vous avez programmé la récupération ou l’assistant de freinage, ceci signifie que vous pouvez recharger la batterie pendant le trajet (➠ Chapitre 6.2.2 « Assistant de freinage »). Il est possible de programmer la récupération à l’aide des touches fléchées.

7 Batterie 7.1.1 Cycle d’apprentissage Votre batterie est une batterie lithium-ion, la forme la plus avantageuse des batteries pour cette utilisation. L’un des principaux avantages de cette batterie est son faible poids pour une grande capacité. 7.1 Chargement simple ›› Il est interdit de charger ou de continuer à utiliser des batteries endommagées. ›› Lors du chargement, la batterie peut chauffer et atteindre une température maxi. de 45 °C.
7.3 Stockage simple ›› Lorsqu’elle est livrée, la batterie n’est pas complètement chargée et se trouve en mode « sommeil ». Le mode sommeil agit de manière à ce que la batterie se décharge le moins possible d’elle-même. Une auto-décharge incontrôlée sur une longue période de temps conduit à un déchargement profond qui nuit à la batterie. Pour « réveiller » la batterie, il vous suffit de la recharger.
7.4 Indicateur d’état de la batterie Sur le côté extérieur de la batterie se trouve un écran avec cinq diodes électroluminescentes et un bouton de commande avec une LED. Lorsque vous pressez le bouton de commande, les diodes électroluminescentes s’allument. Le nombre des LED allumées et la manière dont elles éclairent donnent des informations sur la batterie et son état de charge. * L es cinq LED clignotent rapidement : la batterie est vide et s’éteint, elle est surchargée ou est mode de démarrage.
7.5 Durée de vie et garantie Votre système Xion est un système d’entraînement haut de gamme fabriqué en Allemagne. Tous les composants bénéficient d’une garantie de deux ans. La batterie est une pièce d’usure (➠ Chapitre 7.5.1 « Durée de vie et garantie de la batterie »). La vitesse moyenne et la distance parcourue étant plus élevées avec le Pedelec qu’avec un vélo normal, notez que toutes les pièces d’usure sont soumises à une plus grande usure. 7.5.
7.6 ransport et expédition de la T batterie 7.6.1 Transport ›› Ne transportez pas de batterie endommagée. La sécurité des batteries endommagées ne peut pas être garantie. Les éraflures et les légers écaillages du boîtier ne constituent pas des dommages graves. ›› Il est interdit de charger ou de continuer à utiliser des batteries endommagées. 7.6.1.3 Le VAE dans l’avion Habituellement, les VAE sont soumis aux dispositions propres à chacune des compagnies aériennes en matière de vélos.
8 Chargeur Avant le premier emploi du chargeur, lisez les plaques signalétiques fixées dessus. Il est possible de charger la batterie de votre Pedelec avec entraînement Xion directement à partir d’une prise de chargement. Pendant le chargement, la batterie peut rester dans le Pedelec. Une erreur de manipulation peut entraîner des dommages sur l’appareil ou des blessures.
9 D émontage et montage de la roue arrière 9.1 Démontage de la roue arrière Notez que le moteur ajoute un poids supplémentaire et que la roue arrière est donc plus lourde que les roues habituelles. 1. C ommencez par mettre la chaîne sur le plus petit pignon. 2. Retirez ensuite le câble entre le moteur et la batterie. •• Ne tenez et ne transportez jamais la roue arrière en la tenant par le câble, pour ne pas rompre ce dernier. 6.
9.2 Montage de la roue arrière 10 Nettoyage 1. P lacez le bras anti-couple sur le côté gauche de l’axe du moteur (voir le point 2 de l’illustration ci-dessous).
Ne nettoyez pas le moteur lorsqu’il est chaud, par ex. directement après une sortie. Attendez son refroidissement pour éviter tout endommagement. Si le moteur est démonté, par ex. pour le nettoyage, celuici ne doit en aucun cas être tenu ou transporté par le câble, afin d’éviter toute rupture de ce dernier. Si le moteur a été retiré du Pedelec, contrôlez la parfaite propreté de la fiche du moteur et de la prise du câble au bloc accu avant de les assembler.

Geachte klant, Hartelijk dank dat u hebt gekozen voor een Pedelec (Pedal Electric Cycle) met Xion-aandrijving van ons merk. Deze fiets ondersteunt u tijdens het fietsen door middel van een innovatieve elektrische aandrijving. Op deze manier zult u bij hellingen, het transport van lasten of bij tegenwind veel meer rijplezier beleven. U kunt zelf kiezen hoe groot het steuntje in de rug moet zijn.

Waarschuwingen ›› Houd er rekening mee dat de motor van de Pedelec bij een lange bergrit warm kan worden. Zorg ervoor dat u de motor niet met uw handen, voeten of benen aanraakt. U kunt hierbij brandwonden oplopen. ›› Wanneer u uw Pedelec met de auto transporteert, dient u vooraf de accu te verwijderen. Transporteer de accu in een veilige transportbox gescheiden van de Pedelec. Een geschikte transportbox is te koop bij uw dealer.

1 Snel aan de slag 1. L aad de accu voor de eerste rit volledig op. Oplaadtemperatuur: 0° C tot 45° C. 2. Verwijder de afdekking van de oplaadaansluiting. 3. V erbind de stekker van het oplaadapparaat met de accu. In de juiste positie blijft de stekker door magneten in de aansluiting zitten. 6. W anneer u de accu extern hebt opgeladen, plaatst u de accu van voren/boven in de houder terug. De sleutel moet hierbij in het slot zitten en tegen de richting van de wijzers van de klok in zijn gedraaid.
7. C ontroleer of de accu stevig vastzit en of de sleutel niet meer in het slot zit. 8. D ruk de ruittoets op het bedieningselement in om het aandrijvingssysteem in te schakelen. 9. H et display geeft dan het middelste ondersteuningsniveau weer. Het ondersteuningsniveau wordt door een rij van maximaal vijf LED’s helemaal links op het weergaveveld aangegeven. Door een van de twee pijltoetsen op het bedieningselement in te drukken, kunt u het niveau van de ondersteuning selecteren.
3 B ijzonderheden van de Pedelec met Xion-aandrijving Uw Pedelec beschikt over deels wereldwijd unieke bijzonderheden ten behoeve van uw veiligheid en comfort. 4 Accu opladen U kunt de accu opladen terwijl deze op de Pedelec zit (➠ Hoofdstuk 1 “Snel aan de slag”). •• Het gebruik van cassettes in combinatie met een duurzame vrijloopconstructie. •• Laag respectievelijk centraal zwaartepunt door de gunstige accupositie (onderbuis, zitbuisaccu). Dat zorgt voor een aangenaam rijgevoel.
2. P ak de accu met twee handen vast en til hem naar voren/op en uit de houder. Houd de accu goed vast, zodat deze niet kan vallen. Plaats de accu op een geschikte ondergrond. De ondergrond moet droog, effen en niet-brandbaar zijn. 4.3 Laadproces Lees voor aanvang van het laadproces de instructies op het oplaadapparaat zorgvuldig door. 1. H aal het bijgeleverde oplaadapparaat uit de verpakking en sluit de netstekker aan op een stopcontact (110 tot 230 V, zie het typeplaatje op het oplaadapparaat).
5 Bedieningselement en display ›› Beschadigde accu’s mogen niet worden opgeladen en ook niet meer worden gebruikt. De Xion-Pedelec kan via twee elementen worden bestuurd. In het midden van het stuur zit het display. Bij de stuurgreep zit het bedieningselement. ›› De accu kan tijdens het opladen warm worden. Er kan een temperatuur van maximaal 45° C worden bereikt. Als de accu warmer wordt, dient u het oplaadproces onmiddellijk te onderbreken. 4.4 Accu plaatsen 1.
Navigeer met de pijltoetsen naar de optie “Shutdown” en bevestig met de ruittoets. Het display in het midden van het stuur is in vijf verschillende weergavevelden ingedeeld. •• Rechtsboven ziet u de actuele 1 fietssnelheid. •• Links wordt aangegeven welk 2 ondersteuningsniveau u hebt ingeschakeld of het niveau van de recuperatie. Back •• Rechts in het midden geeft het 3 accusymbool informatie over de actuele laadstatus van de accu van uw Pedelec.
5.2.1 P laatsen en verwijderen van het display Plaatsen: Schakel altijd eerst het display uit voordat u het verwijdert(➠ Hoofdstuk 5.1.1 “In- / uitschakelen”). Plaats het display in een hoek van ongeveer 30 graden op de displayhouder. Draai het display onder lichte druk 30 graden in de richting van de wijzers van de klok, zodat beide componenten met elkaar in lijn liggen. Het display klikt hierbij voelbaar vast.
5.2.3 Weergave van de acculaadstatus 5.2.5 Duwhulp Rechts in het midden van het display bevindt zich de weergave van de acculaadstatus. Deze geeft via een gestileerde batterij in segmenten aan hoe vol de accu nog is. Hoe lager de laadstatus van de accu, des te minder segmenten worden weergegeven. De duwhulp moet eerst in de programmeermodus worden geactiveerd (➠ Hoofdstuk 5.4.4 “Duwhulp (push assist)”). 1 2 Om de duwhulp te activeren, houdt u de bovenste pijltoets ingedrukt.
5.4 Programmering en instellingen Na het inschakelen van het Xion-systeem kunt u van programmeermodus wisselen door op de ruitknop te drukken. Dat werkt alleen als de Pedelec stilstaat. Dat is altijd mogelijk als de “M” in de ruit van het ondersteuningsniveau zichtbaar wordt. 5.4.1 Tour Reset In de menuoptie “Tour Reset” kunt u uw ritgegevens wissen. Zodra u op de ruittoets drukt, worden de afgelegde kilometers, de gemiddelde snelheid en de rittijd gewist – en gaat u terug naar het hoofdmenu.
5.4.3 Remassistent (brake assist) 5.4.5 Instellingen (settings) In de menuoptie “Brake assist” kunt u instellen of u met of zonder de remassistent wilt fietsen. Druk op de ruittoets en navigeer met de pijltoetsen naar de gewenste optie. Zodra u hebt gekozen, drukt u op de ruittoets. In de menuoptie “Settings” kunt u de volgende opties instellen en controleren: •• Back •• Date Brake assist Brake assist Push assist Se ngs on off •• Time •• Language •• Information 5.4.5.
5.4.5.2 Time 5.4.5.4 Information Onder de optie “Time” kunt u de tijd instellen. Druk hiervoor de ruittoets in en stel vervolgens met de pijltoetsen de tijd in het formaat hh:mm in. Door een druk op de ruittoets gaat u terug naar de instellingen. Onder de optie “Information” kunt u informatie over de softwareversie, uw motor en de accu opvragen. Navigeer met de pijltoetsen naar de gewenste optie en bevestig met de ruittoets. Als u de ruittoets hierna opnieuw indrukt, gaat u terug naar de instellingen.
6 Ondersteuning door de elektrische motor 6.1 •• Hoe snel u rijdt Als u met uw Pedelec vertrekt en de snelheid opvoert, neemt de ondersteuning toe, totdat deze net voor de hoogste ondersteunde snelheid haar maximum heeft bereikt. Dan wordt de ondersteuning automatisch verlaagd en bij ca. 25 km/uur in alle versnellingen uitgeschakeld. Afhankelijk van het gekozen ondersteuningsniveau, vindt de overgang tussen fietsen met motorondersteuning en zonder min of meer abrupt plaats.
6.2.1 Recuperatie Is afkomstig uit het Latijn en betekent zoveel als “herwinnen, terugwinnen”. In de techniek staat deze term voor de terugwinning van stroom in de accu bij het afdalen. Dat wil zeggen dat als u de recuperatie of de remassistent hebt ingesteld, u de accu tijdens het fietsen kunt opladen (➠ Hoofdstuk 6.2.2 “Remassistent”). U stelt de recuperatie via de pijltoetsen in. Hoe sterker de ingestelde recuperatie, des te sterker u wordt afgeremd.
Dat is ook het temperatuurbereik waarin u de accu kunt gebruiken. •• Technische staat van uw Pedelec Zorg voor een juiste bandenspanning. Wanneer uw banden te zacht zijn, kan de rolweerstand veel hoger zijn. Dat geldt met name op een gladde ondergrond, bijvoorbeeld asfalt. Wanneer de ondergrond oneffen is, zoals een veldweggetje of een grindpad, zorgt een lagere bandenspanning voor een lagere rolweerstand. Tegelijkertijd hebt u wel een grotere kans op een defecte band. Informeer bij uw dealer.
7 Accu 7.1.1 Leercyclus Uw accu is een lithium-ion-accu, de meest voordelige vorm van accu’s voor deze toepassing. Een van de hoofdvoordelen van dit accutype is het lage gewicht bij een hoge capaciteit. 7.1 Eenvoudig opladen ›› Beschadigde accu’s kunnen niet worden opgeladen en ook niet meer worden gebruikt. ›› De accu kan tijdens het opladen warm worden. Een temperatuur van maximaal 45° C is mogelijk. Als de accu warmer wordt, dient u het oplaadproces onmiddellijk te onderbreken.
7.3 Eenvoudige opslag ›› Bij levering is de accu niet volledig geladen en bevindt zich in de zogenoemde slaapstand. De slaapstand zorgt ervoor dat de accu zich zo weinig mogelijk ontlaad. Een ongecontroleerde zelfontlading gedurende een langere periode zorgt voor een diepteontlading en dat is schadelijk voor de accu. Als u de accu weer “wakker wilt maken”, laadt u de accu gewoon weer op.
7.4 Accu-informatiesysteem Aan de buitenkant van de accu zit een bedieningsveld met vijf lichtdioden en een knop met een LED. Als u de knop indrukt, gaan de lichtdioden branden. Het aantal lampjes dat brandt en het lichtpatroon geven informatie over de accu en de laadstatus. * Alle vijf LED’s knipperen snel: de accu is leeg en wordt uitgeschakeld, de accu is overbelast of doorloopt de startmodus.
7.5 Levensduur en garantie Het Xion-systeem is een hoogwaardig, in Duitsland vervaardigd aandrijvingssysteem. Voor alle componenten geldt een garantie van twee jaar. De accu behoort tot de slijtageonderdelen (➠ Hoofdstuk 7.5.1 “Levensduur en garantie van de accu”). Houd er rekening mee dat door de hogere gemiddelde snelheid en de grotere afstand die u met uw Pedelec aflegt, in tegenstelling tot een normale fiets, alle slijtageonderdelen sneller slijten. 7.5.
7.6 Transport en verzending van de accu 7.6.1 Transport ›› U mag geen beschadigde accu transporteren. De veiligheid van beschadigde accu’s kan niet worden gegarandeerd. Krassen en kleine beschadigingen aan de behuizing vormen geen ernstige beschadiging. ›› Beschadigde accu’s mogen niet worden opgeladen en ook niet meer worden gebruikt. ›› Voor het transport van uw Pedelec, raden wij u aan om de accu van de fiets te halen en apart in te pakken.
8 Oplaadapparaat Lees voor het eerste gebruik van het oplaadapparaat de op het apparaat aangebrachte typeplaatjes. Uw Pedelec met Xion-aandrijving direct via een oplaadaansluiting in de accu worden opgeladen. De accu kan tijdens het laadproces in de Pedelec blijven zitten. Een verkeerde bediening kan tot schade aan het apparaat of tot letsel leiden. ›› Voordat u het oplaadapparaat reinigt, trekt u eerst de stekker uit het stopcontact om een kortsluiting of lichamelijk letsel te voorkomen.
9 A chterwiel verwijderen en terugplaatsen 9.1 Achterwiel verwijderen Houd er rekening mee dat de motor voor extra gewicht zorgt en het achterwiel hierdoor zwaarder is dan normaal! 1. Z org ervoor dat de ketting op het kleinste tandwiel ligt. 2. Koppel de kabel tussen motor en accu los. •• Houd het wiel nooit aan de kabel vast en transporteer het nooit aan de kabel. Hierdoor kan de kabel breken. 6. A an de linker aszijde zit een afneembaar onderdeel voor de koppelsteun.
9.2 Achterwiel plaatsen 10 Reiniging 1. P laats de koppelsteun op de linker aszijde van de motor (zie punt 2 in onderstaande afbeelding).
Wanneer de motor, bijvoorbeeld voor reinigingsdoeleinden, is gedemonteerd, mag deze in geen enkel geval aan de kabels worden vastgehouden resp. worden getransporteerd. De kabels kunnen hierdoor namelijk breken. Wanneer de motor van het frame van de Pedelec is verwijderd, moeten de stekker van de motor en de aansluiting van de kabel naar de accupack voor het in elkaar zetten worden gecontroleerd m.b.t. mogelijke verontreinigingen. Indien nodig, kunnen deze voorzichtig met een droge doek worden gereinigd.

1 Guida rapida 1. C aricare completamente la batteria prima del primo utilizzo. Temperatura di carica: da 0°C a 45°C. 2. Rimuovere la copertura dalla presa di carica. 3. C ollegare il connettore del caricabatteria alla batteria. Il connettore viene tenuto nella giusta posizione nella presa per mezzo di magneti. 6. S e la batteria è stata caricata da smontata, reinserirla dal lato anteriore/superiore nel relativo supporto.
7. A ccertarsi che la batteria sia ben fissa e che la chiave non sia più infilata nel bloccabatteria. 8. P remere il tasto cancelletto sull’elemento di comando per accendere il sistema motore. 9. I l display indica la modalità di assistenza di grado medio. L’intensità di assistenza è rappresentata per mezzo di una banda di massimo cinque elementi luminosi visibili all’estrema sinistra del campo di visualizzazione.
3 P eculiarità della Pedelec con motore Xion La Pedelec acquistata presenta caratteristiche in parte uniche al mondo in termini di sicurezza e comfort. 4 Ricarica della batteria La batteria può essere caricata senza smontarla dalla Pedelec (➠ Capitolo 1 “Guida rapida”). •• Uso di ruota dentata a cassetta in combinazione con durevole costruzione a ruota libera. •• Baricentro basso o centrale grazie al posizionamento ottimale della batteria (tubo obliquo, tubo piantone).
2. A fferrare la batteria con entrambe le mani e sollevarla in avanti/verso l’alto rimuovendola dal relativo supporto. Tenere ben stretta la batteria per impedire che cada. Appoggiare la batteria su una superficie adatta, asciutta, piana e non infiammabile. 4.3 Procedura di ricarica Prima di iniziare la ricarica, leggere attentamente le istruzioni riportate sul caricabatteria. 5 Elemento di comando e display ›› Se si riscontrano danni alla batteria, non ricaricarla e sospenderne l’uso. ›› Durante la carica, la batteria potrebbe riscaldarsi. La temperatura massima consentita è pari a 45°C. Se la batteria si scalda oltre questo limite, interrompere immediatamente la procedura di carica. 4.
Spostandosi con i tasti freccia, selezionare la voce “Shutdown” e confermare con il tasto cancelletto. Il display montato al centro del manubrio è suddiviso in cinque diversi campi di visualizzazione. •• In alto a destra è visualizzata la velocità di marcia attuale 1 . •• Sulla sinistra è indicata la modalità di assistenza 2 attivata o l’intensità del recupero.
5.2.1 A pplicazione e rimozione del display Applicazione: Prima di rimuovere il display, ricordarsi sempre di spegnerlo (➠ Capitolo 5.1.1 “Accensione/Spegnimento”). Posizionare il display sull’apposito supporto ruotato ad un angolo di circa 30 gradi. Esercitando una leggera pressione girare il display in senso orario di 30 gradi fino ad allineare i due componenti. Il display scatta nel fermo in modo nettamente avvertibile.
5.2.3 I ndicazione del livello di carica della batteria Sul lato destro, a metà del display, è visualizzato il livello di carica della batteria. Esso viene rappresentato per mezzo del disegno stilizzato di una batteria, suddivisa in quattro segmenti. Minore è il livello di carica della batteria, minore sarà il numero dei segmenti accesi. 1 2 5.2.5 Spinta ausiliaria La spinta ausiliaria deve essere innanzitutto programmata in modalità di programmazione (➠ Capitolo 5.4.4 “Push assist”).
5.4 Programmazione e impostazioni Dopo aver attivato il sistema Xion, si accede alla modalità di programmazione premendo il tasto cancelletto. Tale operazione è attuabile solamente a Pedelec ferma. Ciò è possibile se la “M” nel cancelletto della modalità di assistenza è visibile. 5.4.1 Tour Reset Nel sottomenu “Tour Reset” è possibile cancellare i dati relativi ad un viaggio effettuato.
5.4.3 Brake assist 5.4.5 Settings Nel sottomenu “Brake assist” è possibile impostare l’uso o meno del sistema di frenata assistita durante la marcia. Premere il tasto cancelletto e spostarsi con i tasti freccia sulla voce desiderata. Una volta selezionata la modalità prescelta, premere il tasto cancelletto.
5.4.5.2 Time 5.4.5.4 Information Alla voce “Time” è possibile impostare l’orario. A tale scopo premere il tasto cancelletto e impostare l’orario desiderato per mezzo dei tasti freccia. Il formato è hh:mm. Premendo il tasto cancelletto, si torna a “Settings”. Alla voce “Information” sono contenuti dati relativi alla versione software, al motore e alla batteria montati sulla Pedelec acquistata. Spostarsi con i tasti freccia sulla voce desiderata e confermare la selezione con il tasto cancelletto.
6 Assistenza del motore elettrico 6.1 Funzionamento dell’assistenza Quando si attiva l’assistenza e si inizia a pedalare, il motore assiste la pedalata non appena la ruota posteriore gira. •• Velocità attuale di marcia Quando si parte in sella alla Pedelec e si aumenta la velocità, aumenta anche l’assistenza fino a raggiungere, poco prima della velocità massima assistita, il suo massimo. A questo punto l’assistenza si riduce automaticamente per poi spegnersi, in tutte le marce, a circa 25 km/h.
6.2.1 Recupero Per “recuperare” s’intende qui reintegrare, riutilizzare. Nel contesto tecnico ciò significa che, quando si va in discesa, la batteria si rigenera. In altre parole, una volta impostato il recupero o il sistema di frenata assistita, è possibile ricaricare la batteria durante la marcia (➠ Capitolo 6.2.2 “Sistema di frenata assistita”). Per impostare il recupero è necessario agire sui tasti freccia. Maggiore è l’impostazione del recupero, maggiore sarà l’intensità della frenata.

Questo è anche il campo di temperature in cui è possibile utilizzare la batteria. •• Condizioni tecniche della Pedelec Accertatevi della corretta pressione di gonfiaggio delle gomme. Se si utilizza la bicicletta con una pressione delle gomme insufficiente, la resistenza al rotolamento può aumentare sensibilmente.
7 Batteria 7.1.1 Ciclo di apprendimento La batteria impiegata è una batteria agli ioni di litio, ossia il tipo di batteria più efficiente per questo tipo di applicazione. Uno dei principali vantaggi di questo tipo di batteria è rappresentato dal suo peso ridotto a fronte di una grande capacità. 7.1 Semplicità di carica Dopo aver effettuato per la prima volta una carica completa della batteria, è necessario far scaricare completamente il sistema. Ripetere la procedura ogni sei mesi circa.
7.3 Semplicità di conservazione ›› Nello stato di consegna la batteria non è completamente carica e si trova nella cosiddetta modalità sleep. La modalità sleep garantisce che la batteria si scarichi autonomamente il meno possibile. Un’auto-scarica incontrollata su un lungo periodo di tempo provoca una scarica profonda che è dannosa per la batteria. Per “risvegliare” la batteria, basta semplicemente ricaricarla.
7.4 istema di informazione della S batteria Sul lato esterno della batteria si trova un campo di visualizzazione dotato di cinque diodi luminosi e di un pulsante con un LED. 7.5 Durata di vita e garanzia Il sistema Xion è un pregiato sistema motore fabbricato in Germania. Tutti i componenti sono coperti da una garanzia di due anni. La batteria è un componente di usura (➠ Capitolo 7.5.1 “Durata di vita e garanzia della batteria”). Si noti che per via della maggiore velocità media e delle maggiori distanze percorse con la Pedelec rispetto ad una normale bicicletta i componenti di usura sono maggiormente esposti a deterioramento. 7.5.
7.6 rasporto e spedizione della T batteria 7.6.1 Trasporto ›› Non trasportare batterie danneggiate, poiché non è possibile garantirne la sicurezza. Graffi e piccoli scheggiature dell’alloggiamento non sono da considerarsi danni di grave entità. ›› Se si riscontrano danni alla batteria, non ricaricarla e sospenderne l’uso. ›› Si consiglia di trasportare la Pedelec solo dopo aver smontato la batteria e averla imballata separatamente.
8 Caricabatteria Leggere le targhette identificative applicate sul caricabatteria prima di utilizzarlo per la prima volta. La Pedelec con motore Xion può essere caricata direttamente mediante una presa di carica sulla batteria. Durante il processo di carica la batteria può rimanere montata sulla Pedelec. Un utilizzo improprio può causare danni all’apparecchiatura o incidenti. ›› Prima di pulire il caricabatteria, staccare sempre la spina dalla presa di corrente per evitare cortocircuiti e danni fisici.
9 S montaggio e montaggio della ruota posteriore 9.1 Smontaggio della ruota posteriore Si tenga presente che il motore comporta un peso supplementare e rende la ruota posteriore più pesante del normale! 1. Portare innanzitutto la catena sul pignone più piccolo. 2. Staccare quindi il cavo fra motore e batteria. Non reggere né trasportare mai la ruota posteriore per il cavo. Il cavo potrebbe spezzarsi. 6.
9.2 Montaggio della ruota posteriore 10 Pulizia 1. C ollocare il supporto di coppia sul lato sinistro dell’asse del motore (si veda il Punto 2 nella figura sotto riportata). Motormontage - Bremsseite Motor mounting - side of the brake 1 6 ›› Per pulire la Pedelec, rimuovere la batteria dalla bicicletta. 5 ›› Per le procedure di pulizia, non utilizzare mai benzina bianca, diluenti, acetone o sostanze simili. Evitare inoltre l’uso di detergenti aggressivi o abrasivi.
Se il motore viene smontato, come nel caso in cui si debba pulirlo, non reggerlo né trasportarlo per i cavi, poiché questi potrebbero spezzarsi. Qualora il motore sia stato asportato dal telaio della Pedelec, prima di riassemblare il tutto è necessario controllare la spina del motore e la presa del cavo verso il pacco batteria al fine di individuare e rimuovere con cautela eventuali impurità utilizzando un panno asciutto. 10.

Indicaciones de advertencia ›› Tenga presente que el motor de la Pedelec puede calentarse al circular por un largo puerto de montaña. P resione la tecla de almohadilla en el dispositivo de mando para conectar el sistema de accionamiento. 9. E n el visualizador aparece el nivel medio del modo de asistencia. La intensidad de la asistencia se representa mediante una banda integrada por un máximo de cinco elementos luminosos situada en el extremo izquierdo del indicador.

Si la batería supera esa temperatura, interrumpa de inmediato el proceso de carga. 4.4 5 D ispositivo de mando y visualizador La Pedelec Xion se puede controlar a través de dos elementos. En el centro del manillar se encuentra el visualizador. En el puño de manillar se encuentra el dispositivo de mando. Montaje de la batería 6.
Para desconectar su Pedelec mantenga presionada durante unos dos segundos la tecla de almohadilla del dispositivo de mando en el menú de inicio. Así se accede al submenú. Navegue con las teclas de flecha hasta la opción de menú “Shutdown” y confirme con la tecla de almohadilla. El visualizador dispuesto en el centro del manillar está dividido en cinco campos indicadores diferentes. •• En la parte superior derecha se indica la 1 velocidad de marcha actual.
5.2.1 C olocación y extracción del visualizador Colocación: Desconecte siempre el visualizador antes de extraerlo (➠ capítulo 5.1.1 “Conexión/desconexión”). Coloque el visualizador sobre su soporte girado en un ángulo de aproximadamente 30 grados. Gire el visualizador 30 grados ejerciendo una ligera presión en sentido horario, de forma que ambos componentes se encuentren alineados. El visualizador encastra de modo claramente perceptible.
5.2.3 I ndicador del nivel de carga de la batería En la parte central derecha del visualizador se encuentra el indicador del nivel de carga de la batería. Mediante un icono de batería dividido en cuatro segmentos se indica la intensidad con la que su batería está cargada en ese momento. 5.4 Programación y ajustes Tras la conexión del sistema Xion puede cambiar al modo de programación pulsando la tecla de almohadilla. Ésto sólo funciona con la Pedelec en estado de reposo. Para ello, compruebe que en la almohadilla del modo de asistencia figura la letra “M”. 5.4.1 Tour Reset (reset de ruta) En la opción secundaria del menú “Tour Reset” puede borrar sus datos de ruta.
5.4.3 Brake assist (asistente de frenado) 5.4.5 Settings (ajustes) En la opción secundaria del menú “Brake assist” puede ajustar si desea conducir con o sin asistente de frenado. Pulse para ello la tecla de almohadilla y navegue con las teclas de flecha hasta la opción deseada. En cuanto se haya decidido, pulse la tecla de almohadilla.
5.4.5.2 Time (hora) 5.4.5.4 Information (información) En el punto “Time” puede ajustar la hora. Pulse para ello la tecla de almohadilla y ajuste con las teclas de flecha la hora deseada en el formato: hh:mm. Pulse la tecla de almohadilla para retornar a los ajustes. En el punto “Información” puede visualizar información diversa sobre su versión de software, su motor y su batería. Navegue con las teclas de flecha hasta la opción deseada y confirme con la tecla de almohadilla.
6 Asistencia del motor eléctrico 6.1 odo de funcionamiento de la M asistencia El motor le asiste desde el momento en que la rueda trasera gira tras conectar la asistencia y comenzar a pedalear. El nivel de empuje que el motor desarrolla depende de tres factores: •• E l grado de fuerza con el que pedalea. El motor se adapta a su esfuerzo. Si pedalea con más fuerza, p. ej., cuesta arriba o al iniciar la marcha, el sensor de fuerza lo registra y entrega más empuje que al pedalear con menos fuerza.
6.2.1 Recuperación Proviene del latín y significa restituir u obtener de nuevo. En la técnica se refiere a la alimentación de corriente a la batería durante el descenso por un puerto de montaña. Es decir, si ha ajustado la recuperación o el asistente de frenado, puede cargar la batería durante la marcha en bicicleta (➠ capítulo 6.2.2 “Asistente de frenado”). La recuperación se ajusta por medio de las teclas de flecha. Cuanto mayor sea la recuperación ajustada, mayor será la intensidad de frenado.

7 Batería 7.1.1 Ciclo adaptativo Su batería es una batería de iones de litio, el modelo de batería más idóneo para esta aplicación. Una de las principales ventajas de esta batería es su escaso peso en relación a su gran capacidad. 7.1 Carga sencilla ›› No está permitido recargar ni seguir utilizando las baterías deterioradas. ›› La batería se puede calentar durante el proceso de carga hasta una temperatura máxima permitida de 45 °C.
7.3 Almacenamiento sencillo ›› La batería no está cargada al completo en el momento del suministro y se encuentra en el llamado “modo de reposo”. El modo de reposo es un estado en el cual la batería se autodescarga lo menos posible. Una autodescarga no controlada a lo largo de mucho tiempo provoca la descarga total y el consiguiente deterioro de la batería. Para “despertar” la batería, solo tiene que volverla a cargar.

7.6 Transporte y envío de la batería 7.6.1 Transporte ›› No transporte una batería deteriorada. No se puede garantizar la seguridad de las baterías deterioradas. Los rasguños y pequeños desprendimientos de la carcasa no constituyen un deterioro grave. ›› No está permitido recargar ni seguir utilizando las baterías deterioradas. 7.6.1.3 La bicicleta eléctrica en el avión Su bicicleta eléctrica está sujeta normalmente a lo dispuesto por la respectiva compañía aérea en materia de transporte de bicicletas.
8 Cargador Antes de utilizar el cargador por primera vez, lea las placas de características que figuran en el mismo. Su Pedelec con propulsión Xion puede cargarse directamente a través de una hembrilla de carga situada en la batería. La batería puede permanecer en la Pedelec durante el proceso de carga. Un manejo erróneo puede deteriorar el aparato u ocasionar lesiones.
9 M ontaje y desmontaje de la rueda trasera 9.1 ¡Recuerde que la rueda trasera pesa más que una convencional debido al peso adicional del motor! Desmontar la rueda trasera 1. E n primer lugar, utilice el cambio para situar la cadena en el piñón más pequeño. 2. A continuación, desconecte el cable que une el motor y la batería. •• No sujete ni transporte nunca la rueda trasera por el cable. Hay riesgo de que el cable se rompa. 6.

Pred tým, než budete Váš elektrobicykel Pedelec prevážať autom, vyberte batériu. prepravujte ju vo vhodnom obale oddelene od elektrobicykla. Vhodný obal zakúpite u Vášho predajcu. 1 Rýchly štart 1. Pred prvou jazdou kompletne nabite batériu. Teplota skladovania: 0 – 45° C. 2. Spojte konektor nabíjačky s batériou. V správnej pozícii bude konektor držať magnetom v zástrčke. 5. Ak ste nabíjali batériu oddelene, vložte ju spredu/ zhora späť do držiaka. Kľúč musí byť pritom zastrčený v zámke a otočený proti smeru hodinových ručičiek. Zatlačte batériu smerom dole do držiaka až zapadne zaisťovacia poistka. Teraz otočte kľúčom v smere hodinových ručičiek a vytiahnite ho.
6. Ubezpečte sa, že je batérie pevne usadená a že kľúč už nie je zastrčený v zámke. 7. Stlačte tlačidlo na ovládacej jednotke a zapnite pohonný systém. 8. Displej teraz ukazuje stredný stupeň podpory. Sila podpory sa zobrazuje celkom vľavo na displeji max. piatimi svietiacimi prvkami. Po stlačení jedného z tlačidiel so šípkami na ovládacom paneli môžete vybrať úroveň podpory. Intenzita podpory sa pri každom stlačení zmení o jeden stupeň. Toto unguje v obidvoch smeroch- podľa toho, ktorú šípku stlačíte. 9.
2 Zákonné podklady Základným zámerom elektrobicykla Pedelec je prejsť väčšiu vzdialenosť avšak pohodlne. Môžete si vybrať, či využijete podporu a budete si užívať relaxačného šliapania do pedálov, alebo si zašportujete, či sa čo možno najrýchlejšie dostanete z bodu A do bodu. To si môžete sami určiť voľbou stupňa podpory. Idete bezpečnejšie, pretože silné zrýchlenie Vám dodáva viac istoty a bezpečnosti.
4.3 Nabíjanie batérie 5. Ak chcete ušetriť energiu, vytiahnite zástrčku nabíjačky po ukončení nabíjania zo zásuvky. Pred zahájením nabíjania si pozorne prečítajte upozornenia na nabíjačke. 1. Vyberte dodanú nabíjačku z obalu a zasuňte sieťovú zástrčku do zásuvky (110 až 230 V; dbajte pritom na typový štítok na nabíjačke). Pre zaistenie bezpečného nabíjania musí nabíjačka stáť na vhodnej ploche. Táto plocha musí byť suchá a nehorľavá. 2. Spojte zástrčku nabíjačky s batériou.
5 Ovládacia jednotka 5.1 Ovládacia jednotka Elektrobicykel Xion-Pedelec môže byť riadený dvoma ovládacími prvkami. Displej sa nachádza uprostred riadidiel Na rukoväti riadidiel nájdete ovládaciu jednotku. 1 2 3 Ovládacia jednotka a displej 1 2 3 Horné tlačidlo so šípkou Tlačidlo s kosoštvorcom Dolné tlačidlo so šípkou Tieto tri tlačidlá majú vždy inú unkciu podľa toho, v ktorom bode nastavenia sa nachádzajú. 5.1.1 Vypnutie / zapnutie Stlačením tlačidla s kosoštvorcom zapnete systém Xion.
5.1.2 Tlačidlá pre nastavenie intenzity podpory motora • Pomocou tlačidiel so šípkami môžete nastaviť intenzitu podpory motora. • S každým stlačením tlačidla so šípkou sa zmení intenzita podpory motora o jeden stupeň. • Ak stlačíte tlačidlo so šípkou smerujúcou hore, intenzita pomoci sa s každým stlačením zvýši o jeden stupeň. • Ak stlačíte tlačidlo so šípkou smerujúcou nadol, intenzita podpory sa s každým stlačením zníži o jeden stupeň. 5.
Odstránenie: Pootočte displejom v držiaku asi o 30 stupňov proti smeru hodinových ručičiek. Elektrické spojenie sa pritom preruší a displej môžete zložiť. 5.2.2 Indikátor režimu podpory a rekuperácie Kapitole 6.2 „Režim jazdy“ Stupne podpory Odstránenie displeja Prv než displej odoberiete, vždy ho prosím vypnite. Celkom vľavo na displeji je graicky zobrazený vybraný stupeň podpory. Nad kosoštvorcom vidíte stupne podpory 1 až 5.
5.2.4 Indikátor zostávajúcej vzdialenosti SYMBOL Vpravo vedľa indikátora podpory sa zobrazuje koľko kilometrov môžete ešte bicyklovať s podporou motora. Ide o indikátor zostávajúcej vzdialenosti. Táto „zostávajúca vzdialenosť“ sa zisťuje pomocou dvoch meraní počas aktuálnej jazdy. Jedno krátke a druhé dlhé meranie poskytujú reprezentatívnu priemernú hodnotu. Ak sa zmenia okolnosti jazdy, napríklad jazdou do kopca nasledujúcou po dlhom rovnom úseku, môže sa krátkodobo zmeniť aj zobrazovaná hodnota.
5.4.1 Vymazanie údajov o trase 5.4.3 Brzdový asistent V podpoložkách ponuky „Tour Reset“ (vymazanie údajov o trase). Akonáhle stlačíte tlačidlo s kosoštvorcom, môžete vymazať dĺžku prejdenej trasy, priemernú rýchlosť, dobu jazdy. Potom sa nachádzate znovu v hlavnej ponuke. V podponuke „Bremsassistent“ (brzdový asistent) si môžete nastaviť, či chcete ísť s brzdovým asistentom, alebo bez neho. Stlačte tlačidlo s kosoštvorcom a vyberte pomocou šípok požadovaný bod.
5.4.5 Nastavenie 5.4.5.2 Hodiny V podponuke jednotlivých bodov nastavenia „Einstellungen“ môžete nastaviť a skontrolovať nasledujúce body: Pod bodom „Uhrzeit“(hodiny) môžete nastaviť čas. Stlačte preto tlačidlo s kosoštvorcom a nastavte šípkami požadovaný čas vo formáte hod:min. Po stlačení tlačidla s kosoštvorcom a vrátite späť do nastavenia. • Späť • Dátum • Hodiny • Jazyk • Informácie 5.4.5.1 Dátum V bode „Dátum“ môžete nastaviť rok, mesiac a deň.
5.4.5.4 Informácie Pod bodom „Information“(Informácie) môžete získať informácie k verzii sotwaru, motoru a batérii. Vyberte si pomocí tlačidla so šípkou požadovaný bod a potvrďte pomocou tlačidla s koso-štvorcom. Ďalším stlačením tlačidla s kosoštvorcom sa vrátite späť do nastavenia. 6 Podpora elektromotorom 6.1 Spôsob ungovania podpory Keď zapnete podporu a šliapnete na pedále, motor Vás bude podporovať od okamžiku, kedy sa začne otáčať zadné koleso.
• Ako rýchlo idete Keď sa s Vaším elektrobicyklom Pedelec rozbiehate a zvyšujete rýchlosť, stúpa aj podpora, ktorá svojho maxima dosiahne krátko pred dosiahnutím najvyššej podporovanej rýchlosti. Potom sa podpora automaticky znižuje a vypne sa pri rýchlosti cca 25 km/hod. Podľa toho, v ktorom režime podpory idete, javí sa prechod medzi jazdou s podporou a bez podpory ako viacej alebo menej náhly. 6.2 Režim jazdy Môžete si sami vybrať medzi režimom „ECO“ a „Sport“ ( Kapitole 5.4.2 „Režim jazdy“).
Ak je kopec príliš strmý nebo celková váha bicykla privysoká, brzdový asistent sa vypne. Ak chcete túto rýchlosť dodržať, musíte brzdiť brzdou na Vašom bicykli. Akonáhle začnete šliapať, brzdový asistent sa automaticky vypne. Aktivuje sa až vtedy, keď prestanete šliapať a idete pod nastavenou medznou rýchlosťou. Buďte ale vždy pripravení sami brzdiť, pretože brzdový asistent sa môže vypnúť. Brzdením za pomoci brzdy na bicykli môžete elektrobicykel vždy spomaliť pod hranicu maximálnej rýchlosti. 6.
6.4 Jazdite na elektrobicykli Pedelec ekonomicky Náklady na jazdu na elektrobicykli Pedelec môžete sami kontrolovať a ovplyvňovať. Keď sa budete riadiť radami pre veľký dojazd, znížite spotrebu, a tým aj náklady. Prevádzkové náklady podpory motora pre batériu 11 Ah sa vypočítajú nasledovne: • Nová batéria stojí cca 599 Euro. 7 Batéria Na Vašom elektrobicykli je k dispozícii lithiová batéria, čo je najvýhodnejšia forma batérii pre toto použitie.
7.1.1 7.3 Výukový cyklus Jednoduché uloženie • Ak batériu dlhšiu dobu nepoužívate, uložte ju pri teplote +10° C a z troch štvrtín nabitú. • Aby ste zabránili hlbokej strate nabitia, unkcia riadenia batérie uvedie batériu do režimu spánku. To sa môže stať po rôzne dlhej dobe, keď nie je batéria používaná. V závislosti na stave nabitia batérie to môže byť skôr (ak je batéria menej nabitá), alebo neskôr (ak je batéria nabitá viac). Po 48 hodinách bez použitia batérie aktivuje management spánkový režim.
Po vyexpedovaní / dodaní nie je batéria kompletne nabitá a nachádza sa v spánkovom režime. Spánkový režim spôsobuje, že sa batéria sama vybíja len veľmi málo. Dlhodobé nekontrolované samovybíjanie vedie k hlbo-kému vybitiu, ktoré batérii škodí. Aby ste batériu „prebudili“, jednoducho ju znova dobite. 7.4 Informačný systém batérie Na vonkajšej strane batérie sa nachádza ovládacie pole s piatimi svetelnými diódami a tlačidlom s jednou LED diódou. Stlačením tlačidla sa LED diódy rozsvietia.
7.4.1 Kontrola stavu nabitia batérie 7.4.2 Kontrola kapacity batérie Stlačte krátko tlačidlo s LED diódou. Svetelné diódy sa rozsvietia a objaví sa momentálny stav nabitia batérie. Akonáhle stlačíte cca na 3 sekundy tlačidlo s LED diódou svietiace diódy Vám najprv zobrazia stav nabitia batérie, po krátkej prestávke bez aktivity momentálnu kapacitu batérie. Ak svietia LED diódy v najväčšom poli, potom má batéria kapacitu cez 60%.
7.5.1 Životnosť a záruka batérie Rovnako, ak používate podporu uvážene, môžete životnosť batérie predĺžiť. Batérie sú diely s podliehajúce rýchlemu opotrebovaniu. I tieto diely majú záručnú lehotu dva roky. • Ak sa v tejto dobe vyskytne porucha, batériu vám autorizovaný predajca samozrejme vymení. Obvyklé starnutie a opotrebovanie batérie nie je na závadu. • Životnosť batérie závisí od rôznych faktorov. Najdôležitejšími faktormi spôsobujúcimi opotrebovanie sú: • • Počet nabití batérie Po 1.
7.6.1.1 Elektrobicykel v aute 7.7 Pri preprave elektrobicykla na nosiči bicyklov, dbajte prosím na to, aby bol nosič určený pre elektrobicykel s vyššou hmotnosťou. Aby ste nosič odľahčili a batériu ochránili pred poveternostnými vplyvmi, musí sa batéria prepravovať vo vnútri auta. Aby ste zabránili skratu, zalepte kontakty na elektrobicykli i na batérii lepiacou páskou. Nikdy neskúšajte batériu opravovať. Za opravy zodpovedajú odborníci.
9 Montáž a demontáž zadného kolesa Nepoužívajte žiadne iné nabíjačky. Nabíjajte batérie výhradne v nami dodanej alebo schválenej nabíjačke. • Ak sa pri nabíjaní vyskytne chyba, bliká LED dióda na nabíjačke na červeno. V tomto prípade je nabíjací prúd príliš vysoký. • Oddeľte batériu od nabíjačky a znova ju spojte. Ak sa hlásenie chyby objaví znova, je nutné nechať batériu a nabíjačku skontrolovať u autorizovaného predajcu.
5. Uvoľnite rýchloupínanie ( Všeobecný návod na obsluhu, Kapitola 9.2.2 „Ovládanie rýchloupínania“). Potom vyberte zadné koleso z rámu, prešmýkadlo pritom otočte mierne smerom dozadu, aby pritom pastorok mohol ľahko viesť okolo. 9.2 Montáž zadného kolesa 1. Umiestnite vzperu točivého momentu na ľavú stranu nápravy motoru (pozri bod 2 - vyobrazení nižšie) 1 6 5 Berte na vedomie, že motor so sebou prináša dodatočnú váhu a preto je zadné koleso ťažšie než obvykle.
10 Čistenie Pred čistením elektrobicykla Pedelec odstráňte z neho batériu. Nepoužívanie na čistenie benzín, riedidlo, acetón alebo podobné prostriedky. Nepoužívajte žiadne brusné ani iné drsné čistiace prostriedky. Používajte výhradne bežné, v domácnosti použí-vané čistiace a dezinfekčné prostriedky (Isopro-panol) alebo vodu. U autorizovaného predajcu zakúpite vhodné čistiace prostriedky a dostanete ďalšie pokyny. Váš elektrobicykel Pedelec odporúčame čistiť vlhkou handričkou, hubkou alebo kekou.

1 Rychlý start › 1. Před první jízdou kompletně nabijte baterii. Teplota skladování: 0 – 45° C. › 2. Spojte konektor nabíječky s baterií. Ve správné pozici bude konektor držet magnetem v zástrčce. › 5. Pokud jste nabíjeli baterii v odděleném stavu, vložte ji zepředu/shora zpět do držáku. Klíč musí být přitom zastrčený v zámku a otočený proti směru hodinových ručiček. Zatlačte baterii směrem dolů do držáku, než zapadne zajištovací pojistka. Nyní otočte klíčem ve směru hodinových ručiček a vytáhněte jej.
› 6. Ujistěte se, že baterie pevně drží a klíč již není zastrčený v zámku. › 7. Stiskněte tlačítko na ovládací jednotce a zapněte pohonný systém. › 8. Displej nyní ukazuje střední stupeň podpory. Síla podpory je zobrazena úplně vlevo na displeji max. pěti svítícimi prvky. Po stisknutí jednoho z tlačítek se šipkami na ovládacím panelu můžete vybrat úroveň podpory. Intenzita podpory se při každém stisknutí změní o jeden stupeň. Toto funguje v obou směrech - podle toho, kterou šipku stlačíte. › 9.
2 Zákonné podklady Základní myšlenkou u elektrokola Pedelec je urazit i větší vzdálenost rychle, a přesto pohodlně. Můžete si vybrat, zda využijete podpory a budete si užívat relaxačního šlapání do pedálů, nebo si zasportujete, či se co možná nejrychleji dostanete z bodu A do bodu B. To si můžete sami určit volbou stupně podpory. Jedete bezpečněji, protože silné zrychlení vám dodává více jistoty a bezpečnosti.
4 Nabíjení baterie Baterii můžete nabíjet, i když zůstane v elektrokole Pedelec (➠Kapitola 1 - „Rychlý start“). › 2. Uchopte baterii oběma rukama a vyjměte ji směrem dopředu/nahoru z jejího držáku. Držte baterii pevně, aby Vám nespadla na zem. Položte baterii na vhodnou podložku, která by měla být suchá, rovná a nehořlavá. Nabíjení baterie › Baterii je případně možné vyjmout z jejího držáku a nabít ji v nabíjecí stanici.
4.3 Nabíjení baterie › 5. Chcete-li ušetřit energii, vyjměte zástrčku nabíječky po ukončení nabíjení ze zásuvky. . Před zahájením nabíjení si pečlivě přečtěte upozornění na nabíječce. › 1. Vyjměte dodanou nabíječku z jejího obalu a zasuňte síťovou zástrčku do zásuvky (110 až 230V; dbejte přitom na typový štítek na nabíječce). Pro zajištění bezpečného nabíjení musí nabíječka stát na vhodné ploše. Tato plocha má být suchá a nehořlavá. › 2. Spojte zástrčku nabíječky s baterií.
5. Ovládací jednotka 5.1 Ovládací jednotka Elektrokolo Xion-Pedelec může být řízeno dvěma ovládacími prvky. Displej se nachází uprostřed řídítek. Na rukojeti řídítek najdete ovládací jednotku. 1 2 3 Ovládací jednotka a displej 1 2 3 Horní tlačítko s šipkou Tlačítko s kosočtvercem Dolní tlačítko s šipkou Tato tři tlačítka mají vždy jinou funkci podle toho, ve kterém bodu nastavení se nácházejí. 5.1.1 Vypnutí/ zapnutí Stisknutím tlačítka s kosočtvercem zapnete systém Xion.
5.1.2 Tlačítka pro nastavení intenzity podpory motoru Pomocí tlačítek s šipkami můžete nastavit intenzitu podpory motoru. S každým stisknutím tlačítka se šipkou se změní intenzita podpory motoru o jeden stupeň. Pokud stisknete tlačítko s šipkou směřující nahoru, intenzita podpory se s každým stisknutím zvýší o jeden stupeň. Pokud stisknete tlačítko s šipkou směřující dolů, intenzita podpory se s každým stisknutím sníží o jeden stupeň.
Vyjmutí: Pootočte displejem v držáku asi o 30 stupňů proti směru hodinových ručiček. Elektrická spojení se přitom přeruší a displej může být vyjmut. 5.2.2 Ukazatel režimu podpory a rekuperace ➠Kapitola 6.2 - ”Režimy jízdy“ Stupně podpory Vyjmutí displeje Předtím než displej vyjmete, vždy jej prosím vypněte. Úplně vlevo na displeji je graficky zobrazen vybraný stupeň podpory. Nad kosočtvercem vidíte stupně podpory 1 až 5.
5.2.4 Ukazatel zbývající vzdálenosti SYMBOL PŘÍČINA Baterie téměř prázdná › Nabijte znovu Vaši baterii. Vpravo vedle ukazatele režimu podpory je zobrazeno, kolik kilometrů můžete ještě s podporou motorem ujet. Jedná se o ukazatel zbývající vzdálenosti. Nutná kontrola Chyba v systému. 5.4 Pomoc při tlačení musí být nejdříve aktivována v režimu programování (➠Kapitola 5.4.4 - „Pomoc při tlačení“). Pro aktivaci „podpory při tlačení“ držte stisknuté horní tlačítko s šipkou.
5.4.1 Vymazání údajů o trase 5.4.3 Brzový asistent V podpoložkách nabídky „Tour Reset“ (vymazání údajů o trase). Jakmile stisknete tlačítko s kosočtvercem, můžete vymazat délku ujeté trasy, průměrnou rychlost, dobu jízdy. Pak se nacházíte znovu v hlavní nabídce. V podnabídce „Bremsassistent“ (brzdový asistent) si můžete nastavit, zda chcete jet s brzdovým asistentem, nebo bez něj. Stiskněte tlačítkos kosočtvercem a vyberte pomocí tlačítek s šipkou požadovaný bod.
5.4.5 Nastavení V podnabídce jednotlivých bodů nastavení „Einstellungen“ můžete nastavit a zkontrolovat následující body: • Zpět 5.4.5.2 Hodiny Pod bodem „Uhrzeit“(hodiny) můžete nastavit čas. Stiskněte proto tlačítko s kosočtvercema a nastavte tlačítkem s šipkou požadovaný čas ve formátu hod:min. Po stisknutí tlačítka s kosočtvercem se vrátíte zpět do nastavení. • Datum • Hodiny • Jazyk • Informace 5.4.5.1 Datum V bodě „Datum“ můžete nastavit rok, měsíc a den.
5.4.5.4 Informace 6 Podpora elektromotorem Pod bodem „Information“( Informace) můžete získat informace k verzi Vašeho softwaru, Vašemu motoru a baterii. Vyberte si pomocí tlačítka s šipkou požadovaný bod a potvrďte pomocí tlačítka s kosočtvercem. Dalším stisknutím tlačítka s kosočtvercem se vrátíte zpět do nastavení. 6.1 Způsob fungování podpory Když zapnete podporu a šlápnete na pedály, motor Vás bude podporovat od okamžiku, kdy se začne otáčet zadní kolo.
• Jak rychle jedete Když s Vaším elektrokolem Pedelec vyjíždíte a zvyšujete rychlost, stoupá i podpora, která svého maxima dosáhne v okamžiku krátce před dosažením nejvyšší podporované rychlosti. Pak se podpora automaticky snižuje a vypne se při rychlosti cca 25 km/h. Podle toho, ve kterém režimu podpory jedete, jeví se přechod mezi jízdou s podporou a bez podpory jako více nebo méně náhlý. 6.2 Režim jízdy Můžete si sami vybrat nezi řežimem ECO a Sport (➠Kapitola 5.4.2 - „Režim jízd“).
Pokud je kopec příliš strmý nebo celková váha kola moc vysoká, brzdový asistent se vypne. Chcete-li tuto rychlost dodržet, musíte brzdit brzdou Vašeho jízdního kola. Jakmile začnete šlapat, brzdový asistent se automaticky vypne. Aktivuje se až tehdy, když přestanete šlapat a nacházíte se pod nastavenou mezní rychlostí. Buďte ale vždy připraveni sami brzdit, neboť brzdový asistent se může vypnout.. Bržděním pomocí brzdy jízdního kola můžete vozidlo vždy přivést pod hranici maximální rychlosti. 6.
6.4 Jezděte na elektrokole Pedelec ekonomicky Náklady na jízdu na elektrokole Pedelec můžete sami kontrolovat a ovlivňovat. Když se budete řídit radami pro velký dojezd, snížíte spotřebu, a tím i náklady. Provozní náklady podpory motoru pro baterii 11 Ah se vypočítají následovně: • Nová baterie stojí cca 599 Euro. • Na jedno nabití baterie můžete ujet průměrně asi 80 km. • Baterii můžete nabít cca 1.100 krát. • 1.100 nabití à 80 km = 88.000 km. • 599 Euro : 88.000 km = 0,68 Centů/km.
7. Baterie 7.1.1 Výukový cyklus Na Vašem kole je k dispozici lithiová baterie, což je nejvýhodnější forma baterií pro toto použití. Jedna z hlavních předností této baterie je malá hmotnost při velké kapacitě. Jednotuché nabití 7.1 • • Poškozené baterie nesmí být nabíjeny ani dále používány. Baterie může být při nabíjení teplá. Maximální možná teplota je 45° C. Pokud je teplota baterie vyšší, přerušte ihned nabíjení. • Při nabíjení musí být baterie na rovné a nehořlavé ploše.
7.3 Jednoduché uložení › Po vyexpedování/dodání není baterie kompletně nabitá a nachází se v tzv. spánkovém režimu. Spánkový režim způsobuje, že se baterie sama vybíjí jen velmi málo. Dlouhodobé nekontrolované samovybíjení vede k hlubokému vybití, které baterii škodí. Abyste baterii „probudili“, jednoduše ji znovu dobijte. › Když baterii delší dobu nepotřebujete, uložte ji při teplotě +10° C a ze tří čtvrtin nabitou.
7.4 Informační systém baterie Na vnější straně baterie se nachází ovládací pole s pěti světelnými diodami a tlačítkem s jednou LED diodou. Stisknutím tlačítka se LED diody rozsvítí. Počet a způsob rozsvícení poskytují informace o baterii a stavu jejího nabití. 7.4.1 Kontrola stavu nabití baterie Stiskněte krátce tlačítko s LED diodou. Světelné diody se rozsvítí a objeví se momentální stav nabití baterie.
7.4.2 Kontrola kapacity baterie Jakmile stisknete tlačítko s LED diodou cca na 3 sekundy zobrazí Vám svítící diody nejdříve stav nabití baterie, po krátké přestávce bez aktivity momentální kapacitu baterie. Pokud svítí LED diody v největším poli, potom má baterie kapacitu před 60%. Pokud kapacita klesne pod 60%, je tento stav zobrazen přes nejmenší LED diodu. Svítá stále jen jedna z obou LED diod. 7.5.1 Životnost a záruka baterie Baterie jsou rychle opotřebitelné díly.
Rovněž pokud používáte podporu uváženě, můžete životnost baterie prodloužit. • Životnost baterie prodloužíte také tím, že ji i po krátkém použití znovu plně nabijete. Xion-LiIonová baterie nemá žádný paměťový efekt. • Pokud baterii používáte uváženě, můžete prodloužit její životnost. V ideálním případě jezděte při nižších převodech s nižší frekvencí šlapání. • Pokud jezdíte vždy s maximálním výkonem motoru, potřebuje Váš motor více energie. Vyšší proud způsobí rychlejší stárnutí baterie. 7.6 7.6.
7.7 Poškozené baterie Nikdy se nepokoušejte baterii opravovat. Za opravy jsou zodpovědni odborníci. Pokud je baterie poškozená, kontaktujte svého autorizovaného prodejce. Ten s Vámi prodiskutuje další postup. Poškozené baterie nesmí být nabíjeny ani více používány. 7.8 Likvidace baterií Baterie nepatří do koše. Spotřebitelé mají ze zákona povinnost odnést použité nebo poškozené baterie na místa k tomu určená (místo pro sběr baterií nebo odevzdání baterie prodejci).
9 Montáž a demontáž zadního kola › 5. Uvolněte rychloupínání (➠Všeobecný návod k obsluze, Kapitola 9.2.2 „Ovládání rychloupínání“). Potom vyjměte zadní kolo z rámu, přesmykač přitom otočte mírně směřem dozadu, aby přitom pastorek mohl lehce vést kolem.. Při práci prosím dbejte na zadání a doporučení výrobce pro montáž a demontáž komponentů. 9.1 › Berte na vědomí, že motor s sebou přináší dodatečnou váhu a proto zadní kolo je těžší než obvykle. Demontáž zadního kola › 1.
9.2 › Montáž zadního kola 1. Umístěte vzpěru točivého momentu na levou stranu nápravy motoru (viz bod 2 - vyobrazení dole) Umístění podpory točivého momentu › 2. Vložte zadní kolo podélně na přesmykač do koncovek rámu. . › 3. Pokud má Váš Pedelec kotoučovou brzdu, dbejte na to, abyste umístili brzdový kotouč přesně doprostřed mezi bzdové čelisti. › 4. Umístěte zadní kolo do koncovek tak, aby podpora točivého momentu přesně sedla a koncovky osy přesně zapadly do koncovek vidlice. › 5.
10 Čištění › Před čištěním Vašeho elektrokola Pedelec z něj odstraňte baterii. › Nepoužívejte k čištění čistící benzín, ředidlo, aceton nebo podobné prostředky. Nepoužívejte žádné brousící ani jiné čistící prostředky. › Používejte výhradně běžné, v domácnosti používané čistící a desinfekční prostředky (Isopropanol) nebo vodu. U autorizovaného prodejce obdržíte vhodné čistící prostředky a dostanete další pokyny. › Vaše elektrokolo Pedelec doporučujeme čistit vlhkým hadříkem, houbou nebo kartáčkem. 10.
