- If it is outside that specified , rectify or replace the cylinder
and replace the piston and the rings together.
Step 2:
- Measure the base of the piston “P” with a micrometer. (a)
10 mm from the piston base.
- If it is outside that specified , replace the piston and the
rings together.
Step 3:
- Calcule el juego cilindro - pistón, empleando la siguiente
fórmula:
Cylinder-Piston clearance:
Diameter of the cylinder “C”
Diameter of the piston base “P”.
Clearance (Cylinder-Piston):
0.045 – 0.050 mm
Limit: 0.10 mm
- If it is outside that specified, rectify or replace the cylinder,
the piston and its rings all together.
