LQ_POOR Poor communications link (less than 26%)
LQ_FAIR Fair communications link (26% or more and less than 42%)
LQ_GOOD Good communications link (42% or more and less than 74%)
LQ_EXCELLENT Excellent communications link (74% or more for send and receive)
