5. Test mode
5.1. Entering the test mode
The test mode is entered by pressing the

and

buttons simultaneously, plug the AC cord into a power outlet.

When the test mode is set, a color bar appears on the monitor.
5.2. Selecting the mode

The following modes are available.
(1) Laser on/off (CD/DVD/BD) mode : T2
(2) Servo adjustment value display mode : T3
(3) Error rate (skew) measurement mode : T7
(4) Accumulated laser on time display mode : TC
(5) Track buffer output mode : TE
(6) Picking up No. display mode : TG
(7) Error log display mode : TH
(8) Test mode cancel : TI

When the

button is pressed after entering the test mode, the display switches in the order: "T2, T3, T7, TC, TE,
TG, TH, TI, T2 …"
