the infrared remote control receiver (IC71)?
㸢No Check +3.3V_NSW line and service it if defective.

Is the "L" pulse sent out Pin(1) terminal of receiver
(IC71) when the infrared remote control is activated?

Replace the infrared remote control receiver (IC71) or
replace the remote control unit.

Is the "L" pulse supplied to the Pin(4) of IC11? 㸢No
Check the line between Pin(1) terminal of receiver(IC71)
and Pin(4) of IC11, and service it if defective.
