Display the Advanced Playback Menu screen.

This function allews you te adjust the time delay of the video and audio signals and stere these settings fer the different input sources.

The setting is made while watching a DVD or ether software, so it is not made here.

By default, this is not displayed when no digital signals are being input.

Fer instructions en making the setting, refer to page 75.

NOTE:

The audio delay setting does net apply when it plays in the EXT. IN mode or in the analeg input direct mode er stereo mode (TONE DEFEAT "ON ").

Sets the down-mixing method when not using a center speaker or surround speakers.

OFF: The dynamic range is net compressed.

ON: The dynamic range is cempressed autematically according te the cembination of speakers being used.

Select "Dolby Digital Setup" at the Advanced

Playback Menu.

NOTE:

When a center speaker or surround speakers, are not used the seund is played frem the frent speakers.

Set "Compression" to "ON" if it seems that sound is disterted because the input level exceeds the allewable input fer the front speakers.

The Advanced Playback Menu reappears.
