Use this procedure to select the input source and make the settings
related to playing input sources.

NOTE
This cannot be set for input sources assigned at “iPod Assign”.
• With HDMI, the video and audio signals are transferred
simultaneously. At this time, set the input mode to “Auto”.
• The audio signals input from the analog, digital and EXT. IN connectors
are not output to the monitor.

• With the default settings, the Control Dock for iPod can be used
connected to the VCR (iPod) connector.
• Even if input source is set to “iPod Assign”, if the AVR-1508 is not
connected to a Control dock for iPod, the input source can be used
as the normal input source.

This cannot be adjusted when playing in the EXT. IN, DIRECT or
STEREO mode (with “Front Speaker” set to “Large”, “Tone Defeat” to
“ON” and “Room EQ” to “OFF”.)
Delay audio.
This sets the delay time for audio signals.

With a movie source, for example, adjust so that the movement of the
actors’ lips is synchronized with the sound.
