Playing
Network
Audio
This procedure
can
be used to play Internet radio
stations or music or still picture
(JPEG)
files stored on
a computer.
• Internet radio refers to radio broadcasts distributed
over the Internet. Internet radio stations from around
the world
can
be tuned
in.
The ASD-S1W
is
equipped
with
the following Internet
radio functions:
• Stations
can
be
selected
by
genre and region.
• Internet radio stations
in
MP3 and
WMA
(WlI1dovvs
Media Audio) format
can
be
listened to.
•
Your
favorite radio stations
can
be
registered by
accessing
an
exclusive
DENOr'~
Internet radio URL
from a Web browser on a computer.
* The function
is
managed for individual users, so
you
must
provide your MAC or e-mail address.

• The
ASD-51
W's Internet radio station list is created
using a radio station database service (vTuner). This
database service provides a list edited and Cl'eated
for the ASD-S·IW.

The
radio station database service may be
suspended
without
notice.
Media Player
This function lets you play music files and playlists
(m3u, wpl) stored on a computer (Media server)
connected
to
the
ASD-51
W
via
a network.
With the
ASD-51
W's network audio playback function,
connection to the selver
is
pOSSible
using one of the
technologies below.

o Remote mode
This mode
is
for operating the
iPod
directly livhile
watching the information displayed
on
the iPod's
screen.
In
this mode, the
GUI
operation guide
is
not displayed
on
the monitor.
Photo data on the
iPod
can
be viewed
on
the monitor.
• "TV
Out"
at
the iPod's "Slideshow Settings"
or "Video Settings" must
be
set to
"ON"
in
order to
display the iPod's photo data or videos
on
the monitor.
