Introduction
Congratulations! You have selected the Deltec
Cozmo® Insulin Pump to help you in the treatment
of your diabetes.
Preparing for CozMore®
is manual provides information on programming,
using and maintaining your Deltec Cozmo® Insulin
Pump, Model 1800. It is very important that you
read the manual carefully, and ask questions if there
is something you don’t understand. Basic information
about the CoZmanager® 2.0 PC Communications
Soware and CoZmonitor® Blood Glucose Module is
also included, but you must read the instructions pro-
vided with those products. Keep this manual handy
and become thoroughly familiar and comfortable
with the use of your pump.
e issue date of this manual is included on the back
cover. If your manual is a year or more old, contact
CozMore® Customer Service (or check the web site
at www.CozMore.com) to see if a newer manual is
available.

problems…
If you have comments or questions about the pump,
please call the appropriate number given below. You
will be asked for the pump’s serial number, which you
will nd on the back of the pump or on the pump ID
screen (see page 93). If you have questions about your
insulin therapy or your health, contact your health-
care provider.
