12. PROTECTING (SAVING) MESSAGES.
 Press ( ) button for two seconds, while reading your messages.
The "CLEAR?3 is displayed.
α Press ( ) button to protect your messages.
The ( ) icon indicates that your message is protected.
β Press ( ) button twice to return to the standby screen.
χ Press ( ) button for two second to remove the protection, while reading
your messages.
The "CLEAR?3 is displayed and the( )icon is removed from screen.
δ Press ( ) button twice to return to the standby screen. Protected messages
cannot be erased or overwritten by new messages when memory is full. You
can protect up to four messages.
13. ERASING SELECTIVE MESSAGES.
 Press ( ) button for two seconds while reading a message.
The "CLEAR?3 is displayed.
α Press ( ) button for two seconds to erase the message.
β Press ( ) button twice to return to the standby screen.
14. ERASING ALL MESSAGES
 Press ( ) button for two seconds at the standby screen.
α Press ( ) button to scroll the function menu until "CLEAR ALL?" is
displayed.
β Press ( ) button for two seconds to erase all messages.
The "Sure?3 is displayed.
χ Press ( ) button for two seconds to erase all messages.
The "NO-MEMOS3 is displayed.
δ Press ( ) button twice to return to the standby screen.
The protected messages can not be erased.
15. FEATURES
 Back-light : In low-light condition, the back-light makes the screen easy to
read.
α Duplicate messages : If the same message is received more than once,
the ( ) icon is displayed when receiving your latest message. This message
contains the latest time stamp.
β Low battery indicator : When battery power reaches low levels, The( )
icon is displayed, prompting you to change the battery, your pager gives alert
or vibrate every two minutes.
