TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom: Alignment Recommended Action
1. Hinged Door Panel does not align with Strike Seal Adjust location of Support Bar (G) against glass to align. See Steps 42 and 50.
2. The bottom track is cut too short. Add sealant as needed to ensure watertight seal. See steps 61, 62 and 70. If additional sealant is insufficient, please call
Delta Customer Service at 1-800-964-4850.
3. Top of Hinge Door Panel does not align with top of
Fixed Glass Panel.
See Leveling Step (top of page 18).
Be sure to re-install corner protection on glass panel and use Installation Support Blocks (P).
If top corner of Hinged Door Panel needs to be raised, Install Hinge Shim (Q) behind lower Hinge.
If top corner of Hinged Door Panel needs to be lowered, Install Hinge Shim (Q) behind upper Hinge.
CAUTION: Ensure that glass panels do not touch when door is closed and the environment is free from obstructions.
Symptom: Water Leaks Recommended Action
1. Water leaks between panels. Ensure that an even positive seal is created between Hinge Door Panel and Strike Seal.
2. Water leaks between side walls and Hinged Door Panel Ensure all seals are in proper location and orientation. See Steps 66-67.
3. Water leaks under or around the bottom track. Check for proper seal placement and silicone sealant application. See Steps 65 and 70. Apply more silicone sealant as
needed.
4. Water leaks over bottom track. Ensure that Bottom Door Seal (K) is cut to the correct length and installed with sweep facing into the shower environment.
See Steps 63-65. Optional Water Diverter component ZZ can also be installed as needed. See instruction step after
Step 73.
CAUTION: Do Not force the door panel to move as doing so may result in breakage and risk of injury. If the following steps do not resolve the
associated symptoms or for any questions, call Customer Service at 1-800-964-4850.
Symptom: Operation (open/close) Recommended Action
1. Hinged Door Panel is difficult to operate. Ensure that both hinges are not twisted and are vertically aligned. Ensure that both hinges are oriented with the decorative
side facing out of the shower environment. If needed, remove Hinged Door Panel and reinstall as per
steps 7-16. CAUTION: Ensure Corner Protectors are reinstalled on Door Panel during all adjustments.
2. Hinged Door Panel is not stopped by Strike Seal. a. Ensure that enclosure width is within recommended distances for installation. See Step 1.
b. Ensure that Strike Seal is securely attached to Fixed Panel. See Step 39.
c. If a small amount of additional engagement is required, Hinge Shim (Q) can be installed behind one or both hinges.

Symptom: Maintenance Recommended Action
1. Excess noise or vibration. a. Carefully check all fasteners on both Hinge panel and Fixed Panel as well as Support Bar. Tighten by hand until secure
as necessary.
b. Ensure all bushings and gaskets are installed in system. For replacement components, call Customer Service at
1-800-964-4850.
2. Track kit discoloration. Carefully review and follow Care and Cleaning Instructions.
