Mobile bases are the first
mobile bases designed
strong enough to move
heavy machines on a con-
tinual basis, be adjustable
to fit a variety of machines and
be leveled without the use the of
shims or tools. To move the machine, you
reach down and simply turn the knobs on the two plungers counter-clock
wise to allow the weight of the machine to rest on the wheels, and then
move the machine to the new location. To lock and level the machine,
simply turn the plunger knobs clockwise until locked and level. 4
Heavy-Duty 3" Industrial Grade Casters - 2 ball bearing swivel and 2 sta-
tionary. Engineered with heavy-duty steel (up to 1/4" thick) for excep-
tional strength

Delta Universal Mobile Base
With this set of brackets, you can custom
make a mobile base exactly sized for your
equipment. Simply cut hardwood rails (not
supplied) to fit in the corner brackets.
Three casters provide superior mobility and
a locking foot pedal locks the base firmly in
place. Will handle machinery up to 300 pounds.
Sold per set to make up one mobile base.
Jet Universal Mobile Base
Can be configured to fit a wide range of
machinery sizes with weights under 600
pounds. Two fixed and two swivel castors
make for easy maneuverability. Exceedingly
strong, very stable, yet light in weight with a
unique spring pin design for quick snap adjustment. No tools are needed for
assembly or to make size adjustments.

Designed for larger and heavier machines.
Features the quick snap feature so you
don’t need any tools to set up or make size
adjustments. With just a 1/2” clearance,
the center of gravity stays close to the floor. Also available are extension bars
to extend the length of the mobile base for lathes and other machines with
long and narrow footprints. You can also attach the #708158 extension kit
to the mobile base so the base will extend and fit under cabinet saws that
have extended rails and tables up to 60” long.

36”Extension Bars for the D2058 Mobile Base
These 36” extension bars replace the stan-
dard length side rails on the D2058 heavy-
duty mobile base. This allows the base to be
assembled with a minimum capacity of
18”x34” to a maximum capacity of
33-1/2”x44”.
