By Telephone
For immediate service, you can contact the Delta Tau Technical Support Staff by telephone Monday
through Friday. The support line hours and telephone numbers are listed below.
By FAX and E-Mail
FAX or E-Mail a request or problem overnight and it will be dealt with on the following business day.

pertinent equipment set-up information.
Bulletin Board Service (BBS)
Leave messages on one of the Bulletin Board Services (BBSs). The BBSs are provided for customers,
distributors, representatives, integrators, et al. With this service, files can downloaded and uploaded and
bulletins and newsletters can be read. Messages may be left for anyone who is a member/user of the
Bulletin Board Systems. It needs only a modem and Procomm-Plus or similar communications program.
Many Download-Upload Protocols such as Z-Modem are supported.
