Explanation of lights
INDICATOR LIGHT MEANING WHAT TO DO
BEEP
The light ashes
The water in the steam generator is heating
up.
Wait for the appliance to heat up completely.
BEEP
The light is on steadily
Steam ready: the appliance is at
temperature.
Begin ironing.
BEEP
The light is on steadily
Thewaterreservoirisempty. Fill the reservoir as described in the instruc-
tions.
BEEP
The light ashes
Thereservoirisnotinplace. Makesurethewaterreservoiris fully inser-
ted

Whenthesteambuttonisnotpressedfor8
consecutiveminutes,auto-oisactivated.
Toexitfromauto-o,pressthe button,or
thesteambuttonontheiron,waitforsteamto
beready( light on steadily) and proceed
to iron.

The steam generator needs rinsing. Proceed to rinse as described in the instruc-
tions.Afterrinsing,presstheOKbutton(C3)for
atleast5seconds.

The permanent lter needs regenerating
to guarantee eciency (with average use
of theappliance, thismust be doneabout
everytwoyears).
Proceedwithregenerationasdescribedinthe
instructions.Attheendoftheoperation,press
theOKbutton(C3)foratleast5seconds.

ceemitsabeep
The removable tube for lter regeneration
hasnotbeenclosedcorrectly.
Make sure the tube is correctly in place and
pushed in fully.
