OPERATION AND USE - Please note: The display can show the temperature in both °F and °C. To change the temperature scale, press and hold the + key for few seconds, then release. The appliance emits a beep and the power indicator light (H) comes on and remains on as long as the appliance is powered. The appliance goes into OFF.
