Запуск діагностики ePSA
1. Увімкніть комп'ютер.
2. Коли під час завантаження комп'ютера з'явиться логотип Dell, натисніть клавішу F12.
3. На екрані меню завантаження виберіть пункт Diagnostics (Діагностика).
4. Натисніть кнопку зі стрілкою в нижньому лівому куті.
З’явиться головне вікно діагностики.
5. Натисніть кнопку зі стрілкою в нижньому правому куті, щоб переглянути список у вікні.
З’явиться перелік виявлених проблем.
6. Щоб запустити діагностичну перевірку конкретного пристрою, натисніть клавішу Esc та кнопку Так, щоб зупинити
діагностичну перевірку.
7. Виберіть пристрій на панелі ліворуч і натисніть кнопку Run Tests (Виконати перевірки).
8. У разі виявлення проблем з'являться коди помилок.
Запишіть код помилки й контрольний номер і зверніться в компанію Dell.
System diagnostic lights
Power and battery-status light
Indicates the power and battery-charge status.
Solid white—Power adapter is connected and the battery has more than 5 percent charge.
Solid amber—Computer is running on battery and the battery has less than 5 percent charge.
Off
• Power adapter is connected and the battery is fully charged.
• Computer is running on battery and the battery has more than 5 percent charge.
• Computer is in sleep state, hibernation, or turned off.
The power and battery-status light blinks amber along with beep codes indicating failures.
For example, the power and battery-status light blinks amber two times followed by a pause, and then blinks white three times followed by
a pause. This 2,3 pattern continues until the computer is turned off indicating no memory or RAM is detected.
The following table shows different power and battery-status light patterns and associated problems.
