Execução dos diagnósticos ePSA
1. Ligue o computador.
2. No arranque do computador, prima a tecla F12 quando aparecer o logótipo da Dell.
3. No ecrã do menu de arranque, selecione a opção Diagnostics (Diagnóstico).
4. Clique na tecla de seta no canto inferior esquerdo.
É apresentada a primeira página de diagnóstico.
5. Clique na seta no canto inferior direito para ir para a listagem de páginas.
Os itens detetados serão listados.
6. Se pretender fazer o teste de diagnóstico de um dispositivo específico, prima Esc e clique em Yes (Sim) para parar o teste de
diagnóstico.
7. Seleccione o dispositivo no painel da esquerda e clique em Run Tests (Realizar testes).
8. Se forem detetados problemas, são apresentados códigos de erro.
Anote o código de erro e o número de validação e contacte a Dell.
System diagnostic lights
Power and battery-status light
Indicates the power and battery-charge status.
Solid white—Power adapter is connected and the battery has more than 5 percent charge.
Solid amber—Computer is running on battery and the battery has less than 5 percent charge.
Off
• Power adapter is connected and the battery is fully charged.
• Computer is running on battery and the battery has more than 5 percent charge.
• Computer is in sleep state, hibernation, or turned off.
The power and battery-status light blinks amber along with beep codes indicating failures.
For example, the power and battery-status light blinks amber two times followed by a pause, and then blinks white three times followed by
a pause. This 2,3 pattern continues until the computer is turned off indicating no memory or RAM is detected.
The following table shows different power and battery-status light patterns and associated problems.

Camera status light: Indicates whether the camera is in use.
• Solid white—Camera is in use.
• Off—Camera is not in use.
