安裝或升級 Wyse Device Agent
本節說明如何使用 Wyse Management Suite 在您的精簡型用戶端 (例如 Windows Embedded Standard、Linux、ThinLinux 裝置) 安裝或
升級 Wyse Device Agent。
• Windows Embedded Standard 裝置–Wyse Device Agent 14 版也能從 Dell 支援網站下載，並使用下列任何一種方法在 Windows
Embedded Standard
裝置上進行安裝或升級：
– 使用 Wyse Management Suite 應用程式原則升級 Wyse Device Agent。
– 手動安裝 Wyse Device Agent。
註: 唯有 KB3033929 可用時，Wyse Device Agent 才能安裝在 Windows Embedded Standard 7 作業系統上。

使用 Wyse Management Suite 應用程式原則升級
Wyse Device Agent
Dell 建議您使用 Wyse Management Suite 應用程式升級裝置上的 Wyse Device Agent。在 Wyse Management Suite 私人雲端設定中，
本機儲存庫中提供了 Windows Embedded Standard 的最新 Wyse Device Agent 套件。如果您使用的是公有雲端或私人雲端上的遠端儲
存庫，請將
WDA.exe 檔案複製到儲存庫中的 thinClientApps 資料夾。若要升級 Wyse Device Agent，請執行下列操作：
1 WDA.exe 檔案複製到儲存庫後，請前往 Apps and Data 區段，然後使用此套件建立一般應用程式原則。
註: 僅 Wyse Device Agent 14.x 以上版本支援進階應用程式原則。從 Wyse Device Agent 14.x 版往上升級時，Dell 建議您
使用一般應用程式原則。您也可以使用進階應用程式原則將 Wyse Device Agent 14.x 版升級至最新版本。
2 前往 Jobs 頁面，然後排定工作以升級 Wyse Device Agent。
註: 若要將 Windows Embedded Standard Wyse Device Agent 從 13.x 版升級至 14.x 版，Dell 建議您使用 HTTP 作為儲存
庫協定。
成功安裝完畢後，狀態隨即傳送至伺服器。
手動安裝 Wyse Device Agent
若要手動安裝 Wyse Device Agent，請執行下列步驟：
1 將 WDA.exe 檔案複製到精簡型用戶端。
2 按兩下 WDA.exe 檔案。
註:
• 亦有不同的 Wyse Device Agent 套件，可供各種 Windows Embedded Standard 版本使用。
• 在裝置上安裝舊版的 Wyse Device Agent 或 HAgent 時，系統會顯示警告訊息。
