Conguring security settings
Use this page to congure the security policy settings.
Table 193. Conguring USB Rule
Option Description
USB Lockdown From the drop-down list, select any of the following options to
restrict the use of USB ports:
• Allow All
• Deny All
• Deny All Excluding HID
• Deny Class—Based on the USB class you can deny access to
USB device.
NOTE: This setting is supported on thin clients running
ThinLinux 2.1 and later versions.
Deny Class Select any of the following option to disable USB devices specic
to a class:
• Storage
• Audio
• Smartcard
• Video
• Printer
Table 194. Firewall Settings
Option Description
Firewall Settings From the drop-down menu, select any of the following options:
• No
• Yes
• Yes with script
NOTE: This setting is supported on thin clients running
ThinLinux 2.1 and later versions.
Rules This option is enabled if you select the Firewall Settings as Yes
with script. You can select if the txt le is uploaded to the
inventory.

Option Description
Enable Gkey Reset By default, the Gkey reset feature is enabled. The factory reset of
the device can be performed when the G key is pressed during
device boot.
Install Certicates Select this option to choose the certicate which you want to
install on the device.
