Import process stops when importing view and
proles
ProblemWhile importing view and Windows-based proles, if you close and reopen the import tool, then the import process stops. The
import status screen displays a zero value.
Solution—Perform the Rollback operation on the View and WES Proles task screen, and start the import activity again—see Importing
view and Windows-based proles.
Switching SUSE Linux device from WDM to Wyse
Management Suite is unsuccessful
Problem—Switching the SUSE Linux Enterprise device from WDM to Wyse Management Suite is unsuccessful.
Solution—Ensure that the server URL, MQTT URL, and group token that is entered in the RSP package script are valid. Switch the
devices to Wyse Management Suite using the RSP package.
Teradici-based devices communicate with WDM and
Wyse Management Suite servers
Problem—After you switch the devices to Wyse Management Suite, Teradici-based devices communicate with both the Wyse Device
Manager and Wyse Management Suite servers.
Solution—Shut down the WDM server.
