Conguring advanced settings
Congurations can be applied to the ThinLinux client device by providing the INI parameters in the Advanced option. Dell recommends that
you do not include the INI parameters for policies which are already congured in other options. The password encoding and encryption are
not applied for the password parameters.

No Global INI If selected, the global INI parameter is not downloaded from the le
server.
Enter the INI parameter from line 1 to line 20 for the thin clients.
Conguring device information
Use the Device Info page to set the device details.

Device Notes Enter the device notes in the provided eld. For example, property
ownership tag.

Option Description
Enable UEFI Network Stack Select this check box to enable UEFI Network Stack. The
networking protocols are installed and the pre-OS and early OS
networking features are made available to use any enabled NICs.
Integrated NIC From the drop-down list, select the preferred option.
Audio Select this option to enable the audio device.
