information are added as part of the check-in date.
Prerequisites
 Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable 2012 must be installed. The installer can install
Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable 2012, only if it is not present on the thin client.
o Upgrading from HAgent to Unified Wyse Device Agent
 VC++ 2012 redistributable should be as part of the RSP, while
pushing the Unified Wyse Device Agent package.
o Upgrading from Wyse Device Agent 12.0/13.0
 VC++ 2012 redistributable is already present since the older version
Wyse Device Agent is packed with this redistributable package.
o New Device release from factory
 Device must have VC++ 2012 by default.
 Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 must be installed.
Upgrading Wyse Device Agent
 Wyse Device Agent can be upgraded to the latest version.
 The supported upgrade version is valid for two major versions.
