Option Description
Verify Signature Select the check box to verify the signature.
Enable BIOS Upgrade Select this option to enable the BIOS upgrade process.
Select BIOS File Select this option to choose the BIOS le which is uploaded in the
le repository. From the drop-down menu select the BIOS le.
Dene desired platform or rmware mappings This option maps the specic rmware versions to dierent
platform type.
To map a platform type to a specic rmware version, do the
following:
1 From the Platform Type drop-down menu, select a platform.
2 From the Firmware to auto-deploy drop-down menu, select a
rmware version.
The list of platform types and the number of rmware
versions currently uploaded to the File Repository Inventory
page are displayed.
Conguring global INI settings—ThinOS 8.5 and later versions
Use the Global INI settings page to congure global INI settings.

Global INI
From the drop-down list, select your preferred option. A global.ini
le contains the global parameters for all the devices. The
parameters can be existing wnos.ini or a newly created .INI le
which is uploaded to the le repository.
Conguring central conguration settings—ThinOS
Use this section to specify a le server where the thin client checks for conguration and image updates.

File Server/Path Enter the full path of folder that contains the wnos le. Supported
protocols include ftp, http, and https. The default protocol is ftp.
User Enter the user name to access the le server.
Password Enter the password to access the le server.
