Introduction
Dell Wyse Device Manager (WDM) is a software that manages all Dell Wyse thin and zero clients. WDM enables IT administrators to
perform the following functions with ease:
• Software Imaging, updating, and conguring thin and zero client devices
• Asset tracking of devices
• Monitoring the health of devices
• Managing the policies and network settings on devices
• Remotely administering and shadowing the devices
WDM uses industry standard communication protocols and a component-based architecture to eciently manage the devices on
your network. This guide provides information on the prerequisites to install WDM, and the steps to install and congure WDM in
your environment.
