Unable to congure WDM Utilities
Problem: Unable to congure WDM Utilities
Solution: Try the following steps to congure the WDM Utilities.
• A window is displayed during rst time conguration of the utility.
• You must ensure to extract the contents from WDMutilsExtract.exe to the same directory where CustomprotocolforWDMutils.exe
le is downloaded.
• Provide the path for CustomprotocolforWDMutils.exe le in Extract to Directory in the WDMutils extractor tool.
• If the WDMUtils does not open after conguration, clear browser cache and local storage to reinitiate the conguration process. Ensure
to extract the WDMutilsExtract.exe in the same directory where CustomprotocolforWDMutils.exe le is downloaded.
• If the you do not want to clear the browser cache and storage, go to the location where you have downloaded the
CustomprotocolforWDMutils.exe. Run CustomprotocolforWDMutils.exe, the WDMutils extractor tool is displayed. Provide the path
of CustomprotocolforWDMutils.exe in the Extract to Directory eld and click Extract.
