Upgrade methods
You can upgrade Wyse Converter for PCs using any of the following methods:
Remote upgrade using SCCM—see Upgrading Wyse Converter for PCs using SCCM.
Local upgrade on your PC—see Upgrading Wyse Converter for PCs on a local device.
NOTE: Upgrading Wyse Converter for PCs version 1.0 to 1.0.1 using Wyse Management Suite version 1.1 is not supported. Dell
recommends that you use the remote upgrade using SCCM or local upgrade methods to upgrade Wyse Converter for PCs.

Prerequisites
Wyse Converter for PCs 1.0 is installed.
The previous version of Wyse Converter for PCs is installed using SCCM.
Log in as an administrator.
Latest version of Windows QFEs and the drivers is installed.
Genuine version of the Windows operating system is installed.
Unied Write Filter is disabled—Applicable only to Windows 10 Enterprise operating systems.
The existing user name should not be WyseUser or WyseAdmin.
A minimum disk space of 2 GB is available.
Disable the antivirus.
Disable Windows Secure Boot—Applicable only to Windows 10 Enterprise operating systems.
Steps
1 Follow the steps 1 to 24 described in Installing Wyse Converter for PCs using third party management software.
2 Go to Software Library > Overview > Application Management > Applications.
3 Select the application (<Application name>) you want to upgrade.
4 On the Home tab, in the Properties tab, click Properties.
The <Application name> Properties dialog box is displayed.
5 Click Add on the Supersedence tab.
6 Click Browse in the Specify Supersedence Relationship dialog box.
7 In the Choose Application dialog box, select <Application name> and then click OK.
8 In the Specify Supersedence Relationship dialog box, select the deployment type that will replace the deployment type of Wyse
Converter for PCs.
9 Click OK to close the Specify Supersedence Relationship dialog box.
10 Click OK to close the <Application name> Properties dialog box.
11 Deploy the application to the target clients. To deploy the application, see How to Deploy Applications in Conguration Manager at
technet.microsoft.com.
