Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) Metadata
Conguration
To congure the ADFS, do the following:
1 Provide EDM details to ADFS.
Hover the mouse over the information (i) icon to view the screenshot of Add Relying Party Trust Wizard. It shows you where to
place the EDM xml les to ADFS server.
Click the link provided on the page to download the EDM xml le on your thin client.
2 Use EDM rules in ADFS. To view the EDM rules, click the link provided on the page. You can also download the EDM rules by clicking
the link provided on the EDM Rules window.
Hover the mouse over the information (i) icon to view the screenshot of Add Transform Claim Rule Wizard. It shows you where to
place the EDM Rules to ADFS server.
3 Allow tenants to enter ADFS conguration by uploading ADFS meta-data le. Click Add Conguration to congure the ADFS details.
a Follow the instructions specied on the page.
b Click Load XML le to upload the XML le stored on your local repository (thin client).
c Provide details of Entity ID and X.509 Signing Certicate in the respective boxes.
d Enter ADFS login URL address and ADFS logout URL address in the respective boxes.
e Select the check box to enable SSO login using ADFS. This feature gives tenants the ability to congure SSO (Single Sign On)
using Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS) which follows Security Assertion and Markup Language (SAML) standard
specication.
f Click Test ADFS Login to validate the conguration information entered by allowing tenants to test their setup before saving.
4 Tenants have the ability to activate/deactivate SSO login using ADFS.
5 Click Save to save the settings.
6 After you save the metadata le, you can update the conguration by clicking Update Conguration.

NOTE
: Tenants have the ability to login/logout using their AD credentials congured from their ADFS. You have to make sure that
the AD users are imported to EDM server. On the login page, click on Sign in with your domain credentials. You need to provide
the email address of your AD user and sign in.
Alert Classications
The Alert page categorize the alerts as Critical, Warning, or Info.
NOTE
: To receive alerts through e-mail or mobile app, select the Alert Preferences option from the username menu displayed on
the upper-right corner.
Select the preferred notication type such as, Critical, Warning, or Info for the following alerts:
CPU Temperature Exceeded Threshold
Chassis Temperature Exceeded Threshold
Device Chassis Intrusion
Device Health Alert
Devices Missing Required Apps
Device Not Checked In
Restricted App Installed
Watchdog Services Restarted
Portal Administration
