Parameter Description
Change Group Allows you to select a new group for a particular device.
Wake on LAN If a device is turned o or in the sleep mode, and you want to
activate the device, then select the device, and click the Wake on
LAN option.
NOTE: The Wake on LAN option must be enabled to wake
up the device from the sleep mode.
To enable the Wake on LAN option, do the following:
1 Go to Portal Admin > File Repository.
2 Select the device, and click Edit.
A window is displayed with the repository and server details.
3 Select the check box.
Export Devices to CSV Allows you to generate a CSV with a list of the asset information
for all the devices ltered on the screen.
Summary tab Allows you to view and manage information on the Notes, Group
Assignment, Alerts, and Device Conguration.
Update Image Displays a schedule in the WES Firmware Update Job window.
Change Group Assignment Allows you to change the group to which the thin client belongs.
This option is available in the Group Assignment section.
Device level exceptions (Applicable to all device types) The device conguration details, such as the default policy group
name, and the summary of current policy are displayed.
To create or edit a device level exception, click Create/Edit
exceptions, and congure a particular device policy on the Devices
page.
System Info The following details are displayed in the System Info tab:
• Hardware Details
• OS Details
• Network Details Current Connection.
• Network adapters
• Wi-Fi Proles
• Security Settings
• Anti-virus Settings
• Firewall Settings
• BIOS Cards
Events tab Allows you to view and manage information on the system events
pertaining to a device—Creation, device registration, and various
tasks performed by the system and the device.
Troubleshooting Allows you to view and manage the troubleshooting information.
• Screen Capture on Demand—Administrator can capture the
screenshot of the thin client with or without the client’s
permission. If the Require User Acceptance check box is
selected, a message to indicate that administrator wants to take
a screenshot is displayed on the client. This option is applicable
only for Windows Embedded Standard and Linux devices.
• Task Troubleshooting
a Click Request Processes List, to view the list of the
processes running on the thin client.
b Click End Process, to end a process.
