Activating a user
Users can be activated from the User management console. To activate a user, do either of the following:
Select the check box of a particular user or users which you want to activate, and do the following:
a From the More Actions drop-down menu, select Activate User(s).
b Click Yes.
Double-click the user that you want to activate, and click Activate User on the User Details page.
NOTE: After a user is activated, the user can register a device and log in to the self-service portal.
Device information
Use the Device Info page to set the device details.

Location Enter the device location.
Contact Enter the device contact.
Custom 1 to 3 Enter the custom values.
Linux policy settings
To congure the policy settings for Linux devices, do the following:
1 Select a group and click Edit Policies.
2 From the menu, select Linux.
3 After conguring the options, click Save and Publish.
