Parameter Description
Shutdown Now Allows you to shut down the devices.
Schedule Device Command Allows you to schedule the device command.
Schedule App Policy Allows you to schedule the app policy.
Wake on LAN If a device is turned o or in the sleep mode, and you want to
activate the device, then select the device, and click the Wake on
LAN option.
Export Devices to CSV Allows you to export the devices to CSV.
NOTE: Only the unregister command and the change group assignment commands are available for devices which are in
unmanaged group.
Pulling log le
To pull a device log, do the following:
1 Go to the Devices page, and click a particular device.
The device details are displayed.
2 Click the Device Log tab.
3 Click Request Log File.
4 After the log les are uploaded to the Wyse Management Suite server, click the Click here link, and download the logs.
NOTE
: The device must be enabled to pull the log le.
